Disappointed that the turnip greens were discontinued for being a southern inspired restaurant. Food tasted better at this location: less salty. Country fried pork chops are good, but it was hard to cut with the butter knife. Manager gave us complimentary dipping sauces, as we requested, to go with the Smokey Grilled Chicken.Ordered 2 take-home meals of Smokey grilled chicken for $5, which includes one piece of chicken & mashed potatoes. Will add my veggies, and another meal is ready. Will need to put in oven proof dish to warm up, as we do not use a microwave.

With the exception of the fresh and crispy house salad, my roast beef and 2 sides (mashed potatoes and country green beans) were obviously microwaved. Roast beef tasted and looked like leather with a dab of gravy, mashed potatoes were cold in the middle and runny, green beans had been soaking in water and butter for so long that they barely had a form left other than liquefied. Waitress was busy "flirting" with a baby boy at a nearby table.

The food was great. The price was even better. But the customer service was the worst we have ever received.

Our visit was very pleasant. We were seated almost immediately and our server was cordial and friendly. I will say that this was our best dining experience at any Cracker Barrel to date.
The food was good and fast as usual. The service was excellent. The whole experience at Cracker Barrel was great and I’ve been to many up and down the east coast. One thing that they need to improve on is their rewards program. When you use the QR code, it only sometimes records your visits. Always put your phone number in when paying to avoid not getting your pegs.

Fish fry was good. Last time , I got the haddock fish platter , it was awful. Fish was so thin, it was curled up and hard. It use to be my favorite. It was a waste of money. Now I’m afraid to reorder it, even though it’s what I’d rather instead of the fish fry. I miss the haddock platter, I bought every Friday, the way it use to be. Very disappointing. I’d go for it somewhere else, but my mom has dementia, and Cracker Barrel is a place where she’s comfortable and it’s close to home.,Parking: Lots of free parking.

Our server was very friendly and attentive. The portion of fries with my burger was really small, but otherwise the food was good..Kid-friendliness: They still have the golf tee game at the table to keep people occupied while waiting for your food.
