I’ve been coming to this McDonald’s for? 15+ years? McDonald’s is McDonald’s but this one has gone down. I don’t want to say this is the WORST McDonald’s in the area but it’s up there. Nothing to write home about. Manager Amanda is just a straight up mistake. Constantly arguing with customers and just overall bringing a miserable, nasty personality with her that makes me wanna stop coming to this McDonald’s. Food is usually never fresh, and if I ask for it fresh (which is very rare) it’s still not fresh! Would give service for this location a zero if I could, literally just because of many of the employees having not the most pleasant attitudes. Only employee I can say something good about is Nicole, she’s always been a sweetheart.

Best marketing concept ever because they are open every where!! What they sell is probably the worse stuff you could injest. I try to avoid this place as much as possible. If you are not in a pinch, eat at home
Does McDonald's never gets my order right I only stopped there when I absolutely have to and I'm in the area they're not very friendly especially when they mess up my order and then have to give me the right thing also they're not supposed to take back a sandwich if they mess it up they can offer it for you to take or they're supposed to throw it away but they're never supposed to take it back over the counter I know that and they did. I know from other McDonald's when they get it wrong if they get it wrong they tell you they can't take any food back over the counter what's it once it's been across and I either you know offer it to someone save it for somebody that might be homeless I run into right away or you know if I absolutely have to then I'll throw it away whatever the situation but I have seen this place numerous times take the sandwich that's wrong and take it back on the other side of the counter cuz they always put cheese on my double hamburger and I do not eat meat and cheese together so that is one of the bigger issues that they're not supposed to be doing.

This location was insanely hard to find in the dark. Pardon the hyperbole, but a McDonald's off a major freeway should be anything but hidden. Signs were lacking, road lines were lacking (is this one long driveway on the mall property?!), and at times we had no idea where in the maze we were... it looked like an on-ramp right before the correct unlabelled turn. Staff at the restaurant were all polite, but a few were apparently very new. I recommend using the ordering kiosk if you visit soon. We got overcharged and wasted time having an order corrected. Bathrooms and restaurant were clean. If you're in a hurry, maybe give this one a miss. But if you love you some McDonald's, maybe use the kiosk.

McDonald’s is pretty hit or miss across the country but this one was just not great at all. The fries were lacking salt and freshness and so were the nuggets. The only part of my meal I thoroughly enjoyed was the Coca Cola I got for a drink. Food needed to be fresh!!!
