I put an online order for a bmt and a blt. I added in the special instructions that I wanted Turkey instead of ham to make it a Turkey Italiano, and both subs double toasted and for them to make it for a certain time because I don’t want my subs cold for when I got off work. They gave me ham instead, didn’t double toast, and they are real cold. I work at Ashland subway, and they always get it right when I online order from there. Wouldn’t recommend if you’re ordering online because they don’t listen to special instructions. I even tipped them $2, wish I didn’t. 3/10

I have been to this location a lot and plan on going back. I've never had issues. HOWEVER! Their soda tastes like horrible city water but that not really their fault. They could get a water purification system that makes the water for said soda taste better.

My fiance and I stopped at this Subway at 9pm on a road trip from Raleigh to Binghamton. We were super tired and hungry and had already stopped at one Subway that was closed. The two employees working there were clearly prepping for the store's close, but once we walked in, they were so friendly and attentive. They had us in and out very quickly and they were polite and nice the entire time. The store was impeccably clean and our sandwiches were perfect. Thanks so much for being so nice and attentive to us so close to closing!

If I could give them 0 stars I would older woman made my sub and was so miserable I asked for a club sandwich, she put 5 olives on my sub and just told me to go when I tried to talk to her she was like get out. Absolutely appalling never going there again ?

I would give 0 starts if I could. 3 little girls working who had absolutely no idea what they were doing. 2 just standing around while there were people waiting in line. The 1 girl didn’t even know how to make the Subway Club (a signature sandwich) the worker had to ask the customer what was on it. They honestly seemed like they didn’t even know where they were. The young woman who waited on me was extremely helpful. I will be back for our family again and hope shes on duty again. I was the only one in the store at the time n told her it was years since I was there. I asked about what I wanted to order due to not taking up her time while I read the boards. She was very cool to work it that way. Asked about a drink selection I had never seen b4. She handed me a small cup to try it. I bought a large flavored water after sampling it. Pomegranate n something. So good. What a nice person she is n my roast beef wrap was delish!!!
