We didn’t dine in, but we called ahead and ordered six dinner entrees to go. Since we’re from out of town and they don’t have a website or an easy way to view a current menu, we needed a little extra help from the girl who answered the phone to figure out what to order. She was patient and helpful throughout the process.

Leonardo's Restaurant | Italian is a popular diner serving delicious Italian food. The menu includes pizza, subs, pasta, salad, calzones, stromboli, wedges, dinners, appetizers, and an AYCE fish fry on Friday. The pizza is described as authentic Italian style with a thick crust, well made per the order. The sauce is simple and sweet, the mozz is plentiful and cheesy, and the dough is light and not doughy. The small calzones are enormous, and the steak is exceptional for a non steakhouse. Everything is top notch and delicious. The restaurant gets busy on weekend nights and during local events, so it is recommended to come early or order to go. Leonardo's does not normally take reservations but can accommodate large parties with a call ahead. The food is excellent, comes on time and hot, and portions are plentiful with leftovers to take home. The service is great, and the atmosphere is cool.
