They can mess up your order 7/10 times but the one time you actually say something about it they give you attitude. They forgot my extra bacon like they do all the time on my McGriddle and today I finally said something when I ordered and you could tell after that they had a bunch of attitude. Then the last couple weeks the sweet tea has been so bad not sweet and it taste like it was made with bad tap water and finally today asked to switch my medium sweet tea out with a small orange juice and the manager said “no you payed for a sweet tea” which I understand and I told her it didn’t taste right and she proceeded to tell me “Noo I just drank some and it tasted fine”. Sent me on my way didn’t ask to refund the sweet tea or maybe get me something else. Done going to McDonald’s period after today.

My child and I pre-order on the app and then grabbed a table number and sat down. The food didn't take too long during lunch hour. When and item was forgotten the employee quickly got it and apologized. We had a good experience.
