Honestly, every time I walk up to 1833, I feel like I'm looking at a quaint cafe in a small European town. Nothing but good, positive enthusiasm exists here.

As a small business owner who prides myself on my ratings as well, This is the very first thing that caught my attention and attracted me to drive all the way out here from Monroeville! I'm so happy I did. 1833 Coffee is a gem! From the moment you step inside, you can feel the warmth and care they put into everything, from their ambiance to their service. The coffee is exceptional—crafted with precision and served with genuine friendliness.
Their menu is thoughtful, offering a variety of unique options that cater to both coffee purists and those who enjoy creative specialty drinks. I particularly loved how smooth and flavorful their espresso was—it’s clear they take pride in sourcing high-quality beans. My favorite we the eggnog chai. The owner was so friendly and even shared her secret ingredient with me!
The atmosphere is cozy yet modern, making it a great spot to relax, catch up with friends, or even get some work done. You can tell they’ve thought about every detail to make customers feel welcome.
If you’re in Pittsburgh and looking for a local coffee shop that stands out and is absolutely worth the drive, 1833 Coffee is definitely worth a visit. They’ve created something truly special, and I can’t wait to come back! I regret not buying thier beans but it just means I have to go back again soon!
