Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard

We come here very often And the young girls that work here are always super friendly and nice. Whoever does the hiring did a wonderful job I have two readers that are closer to my home, but I choose to drive the extra 10 minutes just to go to the Rita’s in Furlong! For some reason, the flavors are just so much better here also!

Very pleased with service and all the flavors you provide. And also your DoorDash service keep up the great service. Our home is not far from your location.

Most unprofessional service i’ve experienced in a long time. I called ahead to ask if they had the rita flight (ice sampler), and the girl on the phone (grace/gracie?) said they had it. My friend and I drove out of our way to get said item. When we got there my friend tried to order it, but when she said that’s what she wanted, the girl with brown hair whispered to her coworker with blonde hair “tell her we don’t have it” while giggling. If it truly wasn’t available we would understand, but it was the fact we had called ahead, got told it was sold there, and then denied it and laughed at in our faces when we tried ordering. During my years of service, even being a past rita’s worker, I would never be that disrespectful to a customer.

Excellent price,service, careful though it is neither kosher nor halal as I understand it.

Girls were awesome and nice and quick

Ice is perfect on a day like today when it is so hot and humid. The experience was just as expected. Great!

Absolutely delightful!
It was my first visit to a Rita's "water ice" ? and I learned you can get more than one flavor of ice in a gelati! Lol. Loved it! Looking forward to trying more flavors! (Cotton Candy and Coconut go together very well!)

This is a great place at a very convenient location. I arrived just as they were closing for the night and the were happy to take my order. They will be closing for the season on October.
