managers lead the way...good and bad ways....the manager in the mount joy location does a great job and that leads to better employees and better customer experiences..other than that...it's mc Donald's as we know it

This McD's had a clean and comfortable dining area today, which seems uncommon among McDonald's I've been to recently. The play place is a huge draw for my kids, too! Today I saw firsthand how the staff cares for the dining area. My 5-yr-old spilled her milk at a table in the play area. I got her cleaned up a bit and by the time I was headed to the counter to tell them about the mess, a [manager?] and a couple other staff were headed our direction already. ...
