I know times are tough but the menu options here were truly abysmal (special of the evening pierogies with French fries??). What I did get on the menu was nibbled at for sustenance and the rest taken home for the dogs. The staff were kind and helpful but thats the best news I have for this ABC.
My cousin and I got a flight and a pretzel. Both were good! We sat at the bar and had excellent service. I will definitely be back! The inside is large and has a cozy vibe.
Never been to ABC and kind of had high expectations. Staff were cool but food was a let down. And place seemed a bit dirty. Floor kind of greasy.Wife had a nice Chili. I got wings which was disappointing, especially for the price. Claimed they were large on the menu, but they were pretty mediocre.
Tons of reviews and lots of pictures, so I will keep this short perhaps even a little abrupt. We waited a long time to get a table, this is a very popular restaurant. There is a bar for those who want something while you wait. The atmosphere is pretty, but loud. We had a table by a large window that gave us a very nice view. Our server was not very good. We are old--me 70+ and our server wasn't very friendly and didn't seem to care or know his product. We never got our drink glasses refilled. He didn't check back to see if our meal was okay or that we needed something. In fact, he flat disappeared and totally ignored our table. I could see him working on two other tables, but he didn't seem to notice ours. The food was just ok. I had fish and chips and I have certainly had better. My wife had the Jagerschnitzel and it was also just ok. I wanted to have a dessert, but with the lousy service from Bruce H, we opted just to leave and skip dessert. The food was expensive and not that good. I don't think I would come here again.
I had the Yurt, grilled chicken. Delicious! And our server, Riley was excellent. Knowledgeable, friendly and attentive. Great place. Owner/proprietor please give Riley the acknowledgement she deserves. Excellent server. Thank you
This place could be great, we ordered an app and then our meal. They must have forgot the app because our app came out with the meal. Not a big problem. But the food cold, not seasoned, and they didn't want to remove it. The waitress ended up giving us her 50% off discount on that meal because we couldn't eat it. Then they just seemed rushed didn't take our drink orders correctly. Merged our meal tickets, and took a lot to get someone's attention
We have visited Gettysburg several times over the pat 20 years and the ABC was always one of our favorite stops for lunch and/or supper. It was much nicer at their former location. We visited twice this summer and while they are “dog friendly” and have a nice new shaded patio, the venue and service has changed. We do not feel welcomed anymore…. We can sit at the picnic tables, ask for some water for our puppies and given a very limited menu. Everything delivered though your side window…. Thanks for the weary welcome. At least we can get is smile from the boy or girl at the window at McDonalds…. Just not the same. Your customer base was much stronger with who ever managed your former facility…. We hope you accept our constructive comments and use them to improve your service…. Thank you. John Dobrinski [email protected]
A very nice pub/brewery. I gave 4 stars because while the food was good & fairly priced, they have a small menu. Plus I thought the restaurant could really use a bit more of a pub/brewery feel. Great wall posters of various brews they make.
Really nice place to have right next to the hotel. The beer battered fish and chips was so good we went back the second night. The elephant ear (fried dough) with chocolate ice cream was quite a wonderful dessert, and diet root beer in a bottle was great fun. And the service both nights was excellent. Recommended.
They have a smaller menu than other locations, but still very delicious. Great atmosphere and I recommend getting their root beer. Unfortunately, they were out of orange cream when we went.

I like this location. It seems never to be as packed as the downtown location. And my Daughter loves the grilled blackened chicken salad . Everyone here are super friendly too
Kid-friendliness: They have a good kids menu
Parking: There is ample parking.
Wheelchair accessibility: Yes there is
Second time and not disappointed! Enjoyed dinner out with my husband and youngest daughter.
We had dinner here on our last trip to Gettysburg. It was American food and well prepared. Great cheeseburgers, nachos, craft beer and soda. We will return again.
This chain is great place and one of my favorites. This particular location only had a limited menu. Could be supply chain shortage or could be lack of staff idk but what was on the menu was still great. We went on Father's day Sunday and it was nit busy what so ever. Had a great time and great food. I just wish I could of got the fish tacos that are on their normal menu but it was not offered when I was there. Still, I would recommend.
Service did okay. Food portions a little small but it’s a pub so likely why. Lively atmosphere. Terribly sticky tables that staff says can’t be cleaned. Food good
