It was decently full in the bar area and the bartender (I wish I could remember his name!) was ON TOP of everything! Gave great food recommendations, made a killer chocolate martini for dessert, and kept us all laughing the entire night! I highly recommend the apple butter burger! He suggested it and it was one of those that is an interesting combo I must try and holy cow it was AMAZING!”

“We had a party of 16, accomodated within 45 minutes on a saturday night. We had several pizzas, lasagna, gluten free entrees, chicken franchaise, and some seafood pasta options. Our server was incredibly personable and made sure that our orders were perfect. Everything was delicious and served hot and at the same time!”

“Went to dinner Sunday nite. Had a great server Stephanie. Good was good. When we were leaving we ask to speak to the manager on duty to tell her what a great server we had. The girl that had sat us came back and said the manager was to busy doing inventory but she told her the reason we wanted to see her. We believe in telling management when the have a good person working for them but obviously the manager needs to take lessons from her server! Very rude!”

“We had a most delicious lunch buffet today at The Barn. It was the first time for our party of 8. We thoroughly enjoyed the atmosphere, the beautiful dining areas and the most delicious and fresh buffet! Everything was immaculate and plentiful. “What a wonderful find this restaurant was. We were hungry & tired after a long day driving & our server, Bryan, made us feel right at home. The food was fabulous & a step above regular BBQ. Delicious margaritas & to die for crispy glazed brussel sprouts & hush puppies with chipolte sauce were all professionally served by Bryan. Add on great beef brisket and you have a restaurant worthy of 5 stars. We will stop again next time we are in the area.”

“The place is in a laundromat with limited seating. The food is amazing though, it's definitely one of those places where the food is elevated above it's atmosphere. Highly recommend but be warned, they aren't playing around when it comes to the spice. My favorite is the tacos or the spicy fried fish.”

“100000/10 you need to run to any of their locations!!!! This is the ONLY place I go out and get ice cream at anymore. The owner knows what’s up when it comes to making ice cream and creativity isn’t out of her reach when it comes to all the new flavors she keeps coming up with! The BEST ice cream I’ve EVER HAD!!! Nothing compares to half pint! Every flavor is true to its name with the taste!”

(Only one small suggestion: Please consider providing real plates, even if they're just cheap plastic for dine in guests. Or if you can't, better quality paper plates would be, well - better! Any pizza of substance - and yours certainly is - needs a heftier plate than the thin ones currently provided).

Nothing beats ending a long, but fun day guiding people around the town and battlefield than a nice refreshing water ice or something else cold and sweet, especially on a warm day. This particular franchise seems popular, the area is always clean, the service is friendly, fast, and accurate, and it's in a prime location!”

I ordered the orange chicken and the shrimp teriyaki. The orange chicken was good, but the shrimp teriyaki was an absolute 10/10! it was so incredibly delicious 🤤. The shrimp were perfectly cooked, the teriyaki sauce was flavorful, and the portion was very generous. Everything was reasonably priced, too.”

“Absolutely love your raspberry truffles! I have been on a quest to find something like them in Iowa. Nobody has them like yours! We had a group from Gettysburg stay at our church for RAGBRAI. A bike ride across Iowa and one person brought me a box of them! Just finished the last one today!”

“This was one of my favorite sandwich shops in the Midwest, I was surprised to find one here in Pennsylvania.

I was concerned with it being inside a gas station, but it’s the real deal. Just as good as the dedicated locations.

“I drove an hour to Gettysburg yesterday frantic to get to Michael Kors to look for an exact same of purse of mine that had been stolen. I had been dealing with MK customer service which was 0 help and went to Clarksburg and all they said was sorry that happened to you but we don't have that purse. When I got to the Gettysburg MK outlet I was quickly greeted by all staff. I spotted my purse and was thrilled. when my friend told them what happened they were apologetic (they did not need to be) and they let me know that they were capable of calling store to store, checking inventory or shipping from another store to my house free of charge. Thank you Gettysburg MK staff for being so attentive and taking the time to make sure I got phenomenal customer service!!”

“We had our welcome party at Reid’s for our wedding and it was an absolute blast! We were provided a tasting of their drinks prior to the event date which was very good and made us extremely comfortable with the helpful and kind staff. We were given the upstairs room for our party, which offered plenty of space for our guests to enjoy drinks and each other’s company. Additionally, there was live music outside on the outdoor patio that our guests were more than welcome to enjoy with the other patrons at the cidery. Great experience and fantastic price for such a memorable night for me, my wife, and our guests! 10/10!”

“Stopped on our way from Lancaster to West Virginia, this is a gem of a Coffee place and Café!! The food was amazing, the atmosphere was outstanding!! Highly recommend adding this to your trip if you are around the Gettysburg area, and the welcome center where the café is located is public and you can hang out there and do work or enjoy their Wi-Fi. Live music plays first Saturday at 11 AM, with a farmers market just outside the welcome center and Café.”

“I just picked up a pizza at Blessing. I ordered through DoorDash for pick up. App said 18-25 minutes. Within 5 minutes of placing the order, I got the notification that it was ready 🤔. Picked up my pizza and it was cold and undercooked. I love Blessing pizza. Hoping it was just an off night 🤷🏼‍♀️”
