“My cousins and I had a wonderful lunch at The Sign of the Buck - overall friendly staff and Sean was a terrific, personable server whose attentiveness was just right. Food was AWESOME - my veggie grilled cheese sandwich was flavorful and delicious and the side salad was fresh as could be with a lovely variety of greens and veggies. Cousin #1 loved her salmon BLT and Cousin #2 really enjoyed her Buck burger and fries. After-the-meal French press coffee was luscious. This was a great experience all around.”

“Our first experience at Olivia’s was perfect! We sat outside on the patio and enjoyed the beautiful weather. The service and wait staff was top notch and could not have been any better. My wife got a steak and I got the lobster, crab and shrimp scampi. Both meals were delicious and the steak was cooked perfect. When leaving the restaurant, Olivia’s provided a free flower to every mother for Mother’s Day. Our evening was perfect and we will be sure to return!”

“Gettysburg was our last stop on our 2 week summer road trip. We’ve eaten at restaurants with 5 star reviews on our trip but honestly the food we ordered and took back to our room from here was some of the best. The burger was thick and cooked perfectly! Fish tacos great flavor and my son loved his wings. Wait staff was very helpful and packed my to-go great with all the fixings.”

“I had the pleasure of working with Cristina to plan my sister’s wedding rehearsal dinner. Cristina and her team set out to make the best pre-wedding dinner ever! The place setting, center pieces, and dinner menus were specially curated by Erin and Cristina to match our Spring theme and wedding colors. The food was spectacular and cooked to perfection from Mama herself! We opted for appetizers, two entrees, mouth watering tiramisu and cannoli bites. My sister had a destination wedding and this was all planned from Central Maine! Cristina was eager to help me plan this special dinner and communicated amazingly with the food and tailored drink selections- and for parking for my ~33 guest count. I highly recommend the food. I highly recommend the genuine people and their service. The Mama Ventura’s team made my sister’s dream come true, and I personally can say they will do the same for you and your family too.”

“What a wonderful find this restaurant was. We were hungry & tired after a long day driving & our server, Bryan, made us feel right at home. The food was fabulous & a step above regular BBQ. Delicious margaritas & to die for crispy glazed brussel sprouts & hush puppies with chipolte sauce were all professionally served by Bryan. Add on great beef brisket and you have a restaurant worthy of 5 stars. We will stop again next time we are in the area.”

“4 of us came in from Chicago on a Sunday night. 2 of us had the special which was a grilled swordfish with rice and asparagus. It was absolutely delicious!! 1 of us had the crab stuffed salmon and he said it was the best he ever had! My wife had the snow crab legs and they were also very good! We had carrot cake and a chocolate cake for desert and both were awesome! Our server was Jim and we couldn’t have asked for a better server and as a bonus he was very knowledgeable of Gettysburg. If you have a chance run don’t walk to this restaurant!! Thanks again Jim you were awesome!!”

“We was there on Saturday the food trays was empty We had to get the French toast off the grill because the lady didn't fill the tray before she left the biscuit wasn't done the dough stuck to your fork The icing on the rolls was sour Nobody was filling any trays We will not be back”

“I just love Mr.G’s ice cream. They offer the creamiest and tastiest flavors all season long. Coffee is my favorite topped with mixed nuts but the vanilla soft serve with blueberries or just a little hot fudge is a scoop of deliciousness, that comes at a close second. I love Mr.G’s”

“We had our first visit on 1/11/25, it definitely will NOT, be our last! My husband never had crepes, he is now a huge fan! Everything was amazing, I got the Spiced Chai Tea with the Strawberries and Cream Crepe. It was so big I couldn't finish. My husband got a coffee and Little Piggy Crepe, he's in love and already planning a day trip just to go to The Cottage Creperie! You gals Rock !”

I loved their French toast as it was homemade bread and not in an egg wash but a batter. The sausage, eggs and home fries were delicious as well. I’ll be back on my next trip to Gettysburg!”

“I came here with my family at the recommendation of friends and we really enjoyed this place. It was busy but the staff worked hard to get the orders ready. I enjoyed the regular pizza I got, my wife enjoyed her gluten free and our son enjoyed his chicken tenders and french fries. Upon leaving, I saw the drive-thru in action and was impressed with how they were able to fulfill all their orders. I would highly recommend this place.”

“We visit here whenever we are in Gettysburg! We love the drinks and atmosphere! Today when we visited my 12 year old had a spill with his cup and his cup split. The staff were so understanding and kind and gave him a new drink! We love coming here!”

“The place is in a laundromat with limited seating. The food is amazing though, it's definitely one of those places where the food is elevated above it's atmosphere. Highly recommend but be warned, they aren't playing around when it comes to the spice. My favorite is the tacos or the spicy fried fish.”

Nice abs flaky light dough, very tasty filling, not overly sweet just a more natural sweetened taste. Phenomenal! Highly recommend you stop in! Jen and I will definitely be back when we can actually buy some stuff to take home! We were out for our Wedding Anniversary and had a dinner to go to and an. Appointment in Hershey. “We come here every time we are in Gettysburg for breakfast, every morning! The baked oatmeal is our go-to each time and the baked goods are awesome. Cream cheese coffee cake was great heated as a breakfast appetizer. The owners and staff are personable and great to chat with. It’s what a cozy coffeehouse should be.”

“I drove an hour to Gettysburg yesterday frantic to get to Michael Kors to look for an exact same of purse of mine that had been stolen. I had been dealing with MK customer service which was 0 help and went to Clarksburg and all they said was sorry that happened to you but we don't have that purse. When I got to the Gettysburg MK outlet I was quickly greeted by all staff. I spotted my purse and was thrilled. when my friend told them what happened they were apologetic (they did not need to be) and they let me know that they were capable of calling store to store, checking inventory or shipping from another store to my house free of charge. Thank you Gettysburg MK staff for being so attentive and taking the time to make sure I got phenomenal customer service!!”

“Strictly a take out joint. I initially reviewed the wrong place (and deleted the review, but just in case). This is by far the best Chinese restaurant in Gettysburg. The food is consistently good, simple, and fresh. I particularly enjoy their fried rice and chicken wings. When I am waiting on my order, I can see the cooks busting their butts and working the woks like pros.”

“I just picked up a pizza at Blessing. I ordered through DoorDash for pick up. App said 18-25 minutes. Within 5 minutes of placing the order, I got the notification that it was ready 🤔. The girl that had sat us came back and said the manager was to busy doing inventory but she told her the reason we wanted to see her. We believe in telling management when the have a good person working for them but obviously the manager needs to take lessons from her server! Very rude!”
