The food is incredibly seasoned! hot fresh ingredients. I cannot for the life of me figure out why there is not a line out the door!!! You are missing out! there is a decent size parking area between their building and the Colton motel!!
We tried Blessing for the first time yesterday, and we are so glad we did. The food was fantastic! We had a party of five; everyone ordered something different and it was all delicious (pupusas, fajitas, chimichangas, quesadillas). The service was great, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. We definitely plan to come back.
We recently found this gem of a restaurant. Our usual waiter is always pleasant and the food is fresh and delicious. We highly recommend Blessings.

Based on the reviews, Blessing Restaurant Gettysburg serves fresh, delicious, and authentic Mexican and Salvadorian food. The food is consistently good, and everything is made from scratch. Popular menu items include Papusas, sopes, birria pupusa, steak enchilada, birria tacos, chimichangas, and steak tacos. The rice and beans are also a big favorite. The service is friendly and helpful, with a cashier who is always nice. Food comes out quick and hot. The restaurant is not esthetically pleasing with minimal decorations, and the service can be a little minimal when only one server is working, but they keep up as best as they can. Many families visit regularly for both dine-in and takeout. The food is worth the wait, and customers will return again soon.
