Lifelong local, ate here a lot, roots run deep here, longtime true Appalachian resident. It's funny that they employ racists who speak openly about wanting to harm persons of color.. But the Appalachian name should be associated with a loving culture that supports all creeds and races. Skinhead food I guess..

Great wait staff. Allison Rose is a rock star. She should be an emergency manager

Sat on the patio, which I highly recommend. Service was fantastic. I ordered a watermelon mocktail which was delicious! We sampled the Brussels sprouts, chili, and mozzarella pretzel bites. Everything was so good! Our entrees were the meatloaf and the pierogies/brats. The meatloaf was outstanding. The brats were alright, and the pierogies were a crispier fried texture which I'm not used to, but they were very good. I'd recommend this place for sure!
