“This place is family friendly. I had good brewed beer. You place your order at the counter and they give you a number. You don't have a waitress bc it's more of a service yourself. This place is family friendly and can service larger groups. They have a nice area for outdoor seating.“
“Perfect wedding venue! Not only is the venue, beautiful and historic the food and the ambience was great! We were planning this wedding from afar, and Justine was a perfect host and responded quickly to any request we had. She basically planned our whole wedding for us down to the cake and flowers and we couldn’t be happier. We were not working with a huge budget and they were able to accommodate our every need. We had an adorable ceremony inside the venue with dinner and reception afterwards. A full buffet with all the fixings and incredible appetizers. Everyone was not raving about the friendly staff but the spirits that were made in house. If you are looking for an affordable rustic wedding venue with homemade spirits this is the place!“
“We stopped here on our way to Gettysburg. The food was delicious and we really liked the cider. Staff was helpful once we engaged them but it was a little awkward for a "newbie" who didn't really know anything about about the place. That being said, the food was awesome! My husband had a custom pulled ham flatbread and I had the smoked pulled pork nachos. The meat was melt in your mouth.... So good!“
“The food here is great but the service needs some work. Our waitress hardly checked in with our table and when she did she was unpleasant. I wanted to give the benefit of the doubt but it looks like other people are having the same issues.Parking: Parking lot is located behind the building.“
