I like the staff. They are always incredibly nice. However, I ask for decaf because I get debilitating heartburn from caffeine. I did not get decaf, as asked today, and am now in severe pain to the point of vomiting. It takes hours for medication to even slightly reduce the pain. PLEASE be more careful when making coffee for customers.
I can’t remember her name but it was either Kim or Katie she was so kind and sweet and had the cutest pig tails in her hair? the world needs more good people like her. Thank you for making my day, and keeping the atmosphere of Starbucks feel so welcoming.
