I'm here for a corporate meeting and we have been SLAMMING this poor store with mobile orders. They are always so nice and somehow have all our orders ready and organized for us and a special shout out to Stephanie from this morning because she really went above and beyond to make sure everything about my order was perfect!

I like the staff. They are always incredibly nice. However, I ask for decaf because I get debilitating heartburn from caffeine. I did not get decaf, as asked today, and am now in severe pain to the point of vomiting. It takes hours for medication to even slightly reduce the pain. PLEASE be more careful when making coffee for customers.

Only Starbucks with a drive thru in Gettysburg, but skip it. The service here is always ridiculously slow. The one in town is generally better unless you get caught in the morning rush. The one upside to this place is that they will sometimes have items that the one is town is periodically sold out of, but not always. Neither location is exceptional at estimating seasonal demand.
Came through the drive through and ordered 2 orders of mushroom egg bites and got 1 called in and said they’d have them for me and still haven’t gotten them. I know y’all get busy which is

The line at that time was short but the wait was very long for a simple drink. I got a frozen refresher and it took 10 mins but the overall drink tastes decent, but the slushee what already half melted. The employees were nice but had a negative tone. The environment is good. Overall this starbucks is decent

I don't know how much you pay your staff, but it is not enough. I visit this store frequently and the staff operate like a well oiled machine, especially on busy days. Give them a bonus.
