Me and my boyfriend waited for 20 minutes to even have our order be taken. The prices that are displayed in the drive through are incorrect as well. The girl kept saying "I will be right with you" as shes standing in the window flirting with her manager doing absolutely nothing. She kept saying we ordered coke and we in fact did not and had to repeat ourselves multiple times. I recommend the Wendys in Hanover Pa instead.
This Wendy's is your average typical Wendy's. Food is good, service is ok. Double check your order every time because not always, but sometimes items are forgotten in drive thru. Service is quick and I would say 60% of staff are friendly and generally helpful but realistically it's fast food, keep your expectations in check when you want something within minutes.Parking: Parking in front and on both sides, and Wal-mart's parking lot is adjacently connected so plenty of spots.

We don't eat out fast food a lot, but we did tonight and let me tell you the manager that was working tonight was amazing!!! He was so very personable, funny, and so engaging with our son. He is what other managers should model when it comes to customer service!
