We stopped by this Ritas since we were in the area after dining at a local restaurant. There was nothing wrong with the establishment itself, my only complaint is that there's No parking. Unless we didn't see it or they assume most customers will come from the hotel across the street or walk??? There's No street parking either. Best Rita's I have ever visited! My son lost the custard on his gelato, and a kind man came out and took his ice back so he could get more custard for him! Kindest workers there, you shouldn't be disappointed!

Rita's is located in a perfect area behind O'Roarks and has a small parking lot that belongs to the restaurant. There is a parking lot across the street that I recommend because there is no street parking due to a fire 2-3 years as they rehabilitate the building. The parking lot across the street has always been a tow zone. As for Rita's, they offer everything that every location offers and they are nice no matter how long the line.
