I know it's weird to complain about, but Arby's used to have a fish sandwich that was (IMHO) the best among the fast food joints and I miss it.

I work in town and occasionally take advantage of the online ordering/pickup before leaving town for home. Get online deals, order is always correct when I pick it up, staff is always friendly even though I’m just picking up food on the shelf. I’ve never left a review on a fast food restaurant, I thought this one warranted it.

After the Hanover Aby's s struck out in being able to offer any spicy sandwiches earlier in the day, we stopped here after our movie and was successful in being able to order and receive 1 Spicy Quarter Pound Brisket Sandwich Meal ($13.39) which came with the sandwich, crinkle fries, and a Dr. Pepper soda. This was 6 days after it was released. I enjoyed the sandwich and thought it was pretty good for a fast food restaurant. Arby's, they have the meats! Additional drinks for the fam were doled out at $2.69 a pop. You need to know this stuff. The people working the drive-thru here were very friendly and nice. Being nice makes a difference. Nice to see it at a fast food drive-thru window. A lot of casual dining restaurants could learn a thing or two from this place.

They did a perfect job with my mobile order and staff member was friendly. I tried the fried chicken sandwich since I didn’t know Arby’s had such food. It was dry, flat and tough. I still ate it and appreciated it anyway. I probably should have arrived sooner, so it’s probably my own fault there. I also got roast beef which is always great.
