Very disappointed that I spent $50 on food for two adults and two children. The curly fries were cold and even when requested fresh fries we were given just slightly warmer fries. Chicken sandwiches were also cold and mozzarella sticks cheese was cold inside and not melted. Just overall very dissatisfied. Order was originally placed to go and decided to dine in. Thinking they figured we would be to far gone by the time we realized how horrible the food was. Either thinking I'll spend my money elsewhere next time...

My husband and I got the new steak nuggets and the steak nuggets bowl. The steak taste like warm jerky. Its better to cook the steak ourself at home than to get it at arbys.

Ordered two cherry turnovers through the app but they were not available when we went to pick up our order. We had to take apple turnovers instead and had to wait for those.
