Stood at the counter waiting for anyone to take my order for about 10-15 mins at 11:00 on 8/31/25. Finally a grungy looking guy came out of the bathrooms and was clearly irritated that he had to take my order, he was extremely rude and not friendly at all. And all I wanted was a Cherry Coke.

I hated it!!! Super gross they were burnt and greasy. I took it back they said you can’t get money back so I tried to get a soft pretzel they said no exchange u need to buy it. Prices are God awful now and not worth it!!!

It was a fine Auntie Ann's. We waited in line for longer than we expected, because instead of taking a few orders at a time, the guy made smoothies before we could ask for one of the premade cups of pretzel nuggets, which would have taken our whole transaction less than a minute. But the nuggets were warm and tasty. Otherwise the food court itself is fine: the floor was sticky, and there was no toilet paper in the bathroom stall.

My child ordered a small pretzel wrapped mini hot dogs. The associate had large cups made in the warmer and said that was the only size available. Well, ok.... fine. Bought that size. Don't mind having to buy the larger size if they aren't hard and stale like they've been there since the shop first opened for the day.

Pretzels have most of the salt knocked off and are skinny and anemic.

Awful customer service. Cinnamon pretzel bites tasted old and were hard. Asked for a fresh batch, as I saw them coming out and was told no because ours "weren't hard"
