(Update: 1 star) I've had 5 bad whoppers and cold fries a few times in 3 years.....which is surprisingly better then what I can say for McDonald's and Wendy's. I've been told to park in front way too many times while watching 10 other ppl in the drive thru get their food and drive off before me is redictulous. Managers allow a few to be rude is just nonsense. The rude Spanish guy and Skinny girl at the drive thru are working in the back now still making immature gestures and rude jokes while people in the dinning can clearly hear and see then on their phones. I saw a family leave before making an order due to the disrespect that was displayed and heard.

This was awful.. I ordered breakfast and the kid said that the don't have butter for pancakes but wanted to give me extra syrup instead. The food was cold and the coffee was cold. Now I understand why the place was empty. I will NEVER go back. I could only take a few bites and even from that little bit is making me feel sick,....

I went to this Burger King in hope of a good meal, instead I get the wrong sandwich and a bad experience. Madelyn was taking my order and I asked for the rodeo sandwich, but when I got my food it was a whopper which is the wrong sandwich. I want a manager to talk to her so she can work on her listening skills, my experience here was genuinely not too good.

I'd rate it 0 if that were at all possible. I feel for the employees cause what can you do, but they had 3 people working the entire restaurant during the entire evening. It was so backed up that it took an hour plus to pick up a mobile order through the drive through. I actually had to call the store to make sure they were open while we all sat stuck at the ordering screen. They sounded totally lost.
So this complaint isn't towards them but towards the franchise owner, the district and store managers. Raise your wages, you've doubled your prices in 3 years, and hire more employees

I placed a mobile order and was not ready by the pickup time, the order was missing items. You have to go back and wait in the drive thru line to get it corrected as the close the interior at 9 pm even though they don't close until 10:30 pm.

We came through the drive thru on 8/28 after driving 7 hours from Tennessee, Burger King was all I wanted to eat. Was met with a very RUDE guy at the speaker. My husband took a second to answer him because I was telling my husband what I wanted and we literally got yelled at in a rude tone. INCREDIBLY rude behavior, I could tell that we were not welcome there. I can understand that they are short handed but that kind of behavior was uncalled for. My husband had to park and go inside to order. Only reason I’m even giving it two stars is because the food was hot and fresh and very good. The service, however, was terrible.

For once when I asked for extra pickles, I actually got extra pickles! Great service at this Burger King! Plus they have a nice outdoor seating and play structure for kids.
