Came in August 17th around 9pm. Girl at the counter who gave me my blizzard rolled her eyes and slammed it on the counter and did not say a thing to acknowledge me. Most insanely rude service I've ever had. Ice cream was bomb tho

I have always loved this Dairy Queen and we visit it frequently, but after tonight not sure when I’ll go back. My strawberry cheesecake blizzard that we asked for extra cheesecake bites in had about 6 cheesecake bites in the whole medium blizzard and it just didn’t taste right. Also, I understand there are a ton of new people training (apparently it took them 3 or 4 tries to make our order), but the consistency of the product you’re putting out lately is not the same as before. It’s like you never know what to expect when going, and a lot of the faces I used to see when I went in are no longer there. Things are totally different now that John has retired.
