We go there so much, they know our names. You can never go wrong with Dunkin'. I love their iced coffee, my husband loves a caramel flavored coffee. They don't have much for gluten free, but other than that, it's great!

When we got there the girl with the name tag (Marley) was very rude and unprofessional. We went up to order and she left and wouldn’t go back to take us. One of her friends came in and she took her instantly even though we where in line first. Once she was done with her friends she left from up front and left us there for 10 minutes. We waited for so long and it wasn’t busy whatsoever. We where the only people in there and 1 car drive through. We had to ask another worker to help us because she kept ignoring us and letting us stand there. It was so rude. They where using inappropriate language out loud. I really hope these girls get trained well before working. We also found a bug in our drink.

Terrible experience. Customer service was awful, the girl that took our order(Marley) ignored us and laughed at us and took someone else order that was her friend before us even though we where first in line. Once she finished with her friend she still didn’t take our order and left us there for like 10 minutes. We had to ask another employee to come help us. Our card did not go through and she laughed. Definitely would not recommend this place, highly unprofessional and rude… the only girl that was nice, helpful, and did her job was Serria ( girl with the pink hair)

My wife and I stopped in the way home to get some coffee and doughnuts after visiting Gettysburg. My wife and I waited several minutes to get any service at the counter. This while there was at least 5 employees behind and one sweeping right in front of us. Then the manager and another employee at the table next to us. Finally after like 3 mins or so we decided to use the counter kiosk and then we finally had like 4 people ask if we needed help. On top of that there was trash all over the floor. I know trash happens but with the amount of employees on at that home including the manager right near the trash it’s uncalled for.

Me and my 32 week Pregnant Girlfriend went through the Drive-thru. This young girl with a septum nose piercing and a tattoo on her arm was very rude for no reason at 8 in the morning. My girlfriend got assorted donuts and a coffee, when she asked for a straw for her coffee this worker literally just said “no” and shut the window on my PREGANT GIRLFRIEND’s face so when we didn’t move she opened it back up and grabbed a straw and almost dropped it out the window because she was almost throwing it at that point. After all of that the coffee sucked and probably wasn’t made right🤷🏿♀️

If I could give service a 10 stars I would. These is the best Dunkin employee I have ever interacted with. They are always happy and willing to answer questions.

If you're the owner, do not leave your children staff alone without supervision, their lack of skills will kill your business. Some of your staff cannot even speak to people and they're slow as molasses. I literally watched a woman leave because they didn't greet her or assist her.

Inconsistent with getting your drink order right. Half the time when you ask for oatmilk you'll get almond milk. Also ordered a frozen coffee that must have had 3 times the amount of syrup in it. Have gone over a dozen times now and it's really a gamble if they'll make your order correctly.
I had an incredibly sexist experience here back in May when I was in town sightseeing with a friend. Normally, I'm not one to use that word lightly but the downright rude comment from the guy running the drive through window was enough to leave me disgusted. He complimented my car and then immediately asked me whether it was my fathers or grandfathers. I worked my butt off to buy my car. The fact this man felt it necessary to belittle me and imply that an adult woman could never buy or own her own car is disgusting. I visit Gettysburg frequently and I won't be back to this Dunkin location.

On occasion when I go through the drive through when I order a large hot coffee toasted almond with 4 sugars and 5 creams they very seldom get it write on occasion after I get it I taste it and they at times don't put the right amount of sugar and creamer that I asked for. My opinion is that you need to retrain your staff to get the customers order right . They need to stop rushing and take there time to get the customers what they asked for and stop getting the orders wrong and pay attention it's bad enough that the prices on everything is going through the roof .but when u ask for them to redo your coffee they will do it but my opinion is that there coffee is expensive.espically there frozen coffees ridiculous they should have a promotion once a month to take a dollar off for hot coffee ice coffee and frozen coffees I,m a big coffee drinker and would love a good coffee ☕

Coffee sucks. I love to treat myself to a treat on Fridays. The coffee was been disappointing. It's either no taste of flavor I asked for. Coffee tasted like water the other day. Not constant

Arrived 8 AM July 31 As I was travelling through the area for business. Went in to order coffee with my wife and found the place clean and the donuts looked amazing. As for Service cashier was quite Pleasant. The reason for the low ratings Is when placing my order I could not hear the cashier or my wife due to the music that was blaring from behind the cashier. I cupped my ear with my hand to insinuate that hey I can’t hear you because the music so loud at which point the cashier spoke louder. I still couldn’t hear her after saying Pardon twice. This was clearly something the cashier could not control as the older staff in the background were in control of the music and when I stated twice clearly and loud, the music is too loud. I cannot hear the cashier several times. The staff in the back made no attempts to turn the music down. I am assuming they made no attempt to turn the music down because they could not hear me. The cashier should have physically walked over and turned the music down and proceeded to take my order but obviously has not been trained well or just didn’t care. I turned to my wife and said I needed to leave before I lose it because there was obviously no guidance from management if present or a sensible person that would have realized to turn the music down the moment someone walked into the rock concert oh I am sorry I meant business or establishment. Very unprofessional. Will never return!
