We went around 9:00, which seemed to be a very busy time for them. Cashier seemed to have a lot of trouble hearing orders and my coffee wasn’t -exactly- what I ordered, but it was still very good. I didn’t have the heart to tell her because she looked so defeated. She went on break not long after we got our order, so it might have just been a rough morning. We go to this Dunkin’ often and weren’t disappointed.Kid-friendliness: My 3 y.o was kind of all over the place, but everyone was sweet to her. I like taking her places like this because it’s a good social experience.

No body is interested helping you buy donuts. 3 attendants just ignore me, the customer!!! I just walked out after standing standing there while they just walked by me. Only one working was the young lady at the window serving people.Great ?

They often forget part of the order. Croissants look like they been stepped on. Parking is awefull!Parking: Sucks in most locations in bergen county

This was a surprisingly happening DD! Didn’t expect it considering location and to drive off the highway to get to it.It was super busy in the morning and there were at least 7 working and busily. Wide range of donuts and muffins.Good coffee too!

The worst dunkin experience I ever had. I placed a moble order and when I got there I had to wait over 15 minutes for my donuts and coffee while my sandwich sat there. It was cold and rubbery and the donuts were dried out half the frosting was missing.

I used to work here when they first opened. KP is an absolutely wonderful boss to have. The best that I have ever had in any of my careers (I am currently a hospital worker). If you have any problems reach out to him and he will get it fixed immediately. This store is clean and ran well.

Didn't have a good experience here. Ordered a large latte , a med spice latte and one glazed donut. We received one large caramel latte and one large iced pumpkin spice and no donut. They did remake the iced pumpkin spice ...I wanted hot. I went back and bought a donut for my husband. Both coffees are too sweet! Language might be the problem... hate to state that but don't know what else it could be.

Unprofessional staff box covered in the chocolate everywhere which makes total sense considering most of it wasn’t on the donut. I never had an issue with Dunkin until I ate here.

Overall the food is usually good but the attitude and attention are questionable with some of the workers.Twice we had issues with the same girl. A thin, blonde girl (name on receipt was Gavin but I doubt thats her name).The first issue was a minor mix up a month or two ago. This second was on 6/9/23 around 3:15pm. Our order was 12.48 and my mother gave the girl 20.50. That's 8.02 she should have returned yet she gave us only 8.00. I know it's only .02, but its the principle of giving the correct change. My mother asked for her two pennies and the girl said she couldn't. Then my mother questioned as to why and she replied because she couldn't due to it didn't come out of the dispenser. Then preceeded to say, "Jesus Christ" while digging through her personal coin purse Then handing over a penny and saying "here."Very unprofessional. What if it was .99?Maybe you should do away with the coin dispenser if it isn't working properly.
