Overall the Farnsworth House Inn wad a great time. Food and service was excellent.! The location is amazing, room was spotless. Stayed in the Sara Black room, but didn't have any paranormal experiences. Room is located in the front so lots of street noise but that tapers off after 9 to 10pm.
To us, not worth it. I am sure others would disagree. Check in ok not overly welcoming. Failed to mention whare breakfast was, did get a time slot though. . Had to ask Anne at sweenys. Very good employee. Tv damned if we could figure out, same with Internet. A couple waters on desk may have been nice as well. Glad we tried would likely not go back. .
Ok, this place is a must see. You can rent a room, eat a meal, drink some boos, and shop in the gift shop. You can also do a ghost hunt in the Farnsworth House. Which includes the attic the sniper that killed Jennie Wade was in. The basement is another place where confederates were buried and is said to be haunted by the General. Behind a door with a white cross painted by Lorraine Warren.
