Rooms were a little cold but the service and location were excellent! We did 4 nights over Thanksgiving weekend and it was one of the best customer service experiences I think we'd ever had. We were able to walk around the town and we're only minutes drive away from the battlefield.
The Farnsworth Inn is a must when visiting Gettysburg. The tours and tour guides are very informative as well as authentic. The food and staff in the restaurant are excellent, and they go above and beyond for their customers. The rooms are comfortable with a vintage feel. Want to experience a slice of Gettysburg history check out the Farnsworth Inn.
Myself, my partner & daughter stayed here for 2 nights in mid August 2025, It was an amazing experience and we also had paranormal activity while staying there . We came all the way from Ireland to visit Gettysburg. I would highly recommend staying and dining here. Eryn in the shop was so nice and she had Irish connections. We will 100% return .
