Ordered a medium hot chocolate for my brother. Waited and they called out for a small, so we did not answer. The lady behind the counter rudely asked if we had a hot chocolate and I said yes but ours was a medium. She said yeah its this guy right here very rudely & went on without even acknowledging us again. Also could not order any chocolate as everything had a nut warning. The service is generally excellent with nice, professional, and communicative staff, though experiences can vary. The pumpkin Chai tea and ice cream are fantastic. It offers a great variety, with a 12-piece box of chocolate being a popular choice. The place is very clean, smells wonderful, and is adorable, though a little on the pricey side. The quality and experience make it worth it, leading many to plan a return visit.
