My family of 4 was visiting Gettysburg for the first time. We live 3 hours away. Stood there as 3 different workers passed us and got ignored. Finally I asked if they were open and the waitress turned us away and were told they were too short staffed to serve us. A cook outside was more helpful and was surprised when he saw us walking back out. Clearly thy lied. I called them and asked if they were open and was told yes and never mentioned they were short staffed until I asked. SMH this place should be VERY ashamed of themselves. No problem we will gladly spend more money at a better restaurant. Thank you very much to the worker who was outside and was more helpful.

Stayed at the Lodges for a few days with family members for our annual get together. We enjoyed our stay and certainly enjoyed our experience at the Gloryridge Tavern. We did steak night and an additional dinner the following night. The food was delicious and well prepared. The wait staff couldn’t have been friendlier. Stayed for a few drinks at the bar after our second meal. It was amazing to watch Kolten prepare the complex drinks with such expertise and care. We enjoy a destination where both the lodging and on site restaurant are great…and this hit both targets.

The service and atmosphere was terrific. Beautiful venue. The menu specials, scallops and jambalaya were excellent but the burger was not great. I ordered medium rare and it was definitely medium. The fettuccine Alfredo with shrimp and chicken was just ok.

My husband and I went there tonight for dinner with our 4 small children. Our waitress was extremely nice and very attentive. We ordered a decent amount of food for all of us to share. The sauce with the mozzarella sticks was the best we have ever had, could definitely tell it was made in house. The onion rings were incredible, could tell those were not frozen at all. The scallops were the best we have ever had! Cooked to perfection! Everything that we ordered was amazing, you can definitely tell the chefs take pride in what they do, and execute with perfection. I would highly recommend coming here for dinner, we were extremely happy we did!

What a wonderful find! Service was TOP notch; they make you feel cared for and were very attentive. Food was impeccable. peach martinis from peaches from a local farm were delicious. This place is a must!
