Came in to get a sandwich. No one was behind the counter. I waited and waited and no service. I could see one person in the kitchen through the window in the kitchen door. Apparently they need more help. I walked out. Very frustrating.

Stopped on our way from Lancaster to West Virginia, this is a gem of a Coffee place and Café!! The food was amazing, the atmosphere was outstanding!! Highly recommend adding this to your trip if you are around the Gettysburg area, and the welcome center where the café is located is public and you can hang out there and do work or enjoy their Wi-Fi. Live music plays first Saturday at 11 AM, with a farmers market just outside the welcome center and Café.

I had a great time here! The girl managing the cafe was very sweet and pleasant. She made my drink very fast and it was excellent!The building is very clean and beautiful, there is a lot of space and variety in your choice of seating (barstools, couches, booths, small tables, etc.).This is an incredibly peaceful place to hang out and I will definitely be back!
Stopped here on my way from York to Gettysburg. Cute little coffee shop in a retirement community (but members of the public are welcome). I had a smoothie and it was pretty good.

The food is good, if you are willing to wait for nearly 40 minutes with no apology. My latte was half foam, with hardly any coffee. Decent food with less than decent service
The wait time was horrible- nearly 40 minutes for a small coffee and a small platter. My coffee was all foam. Also absolutely no apology for the wait time. Also the staff seemed quite rude when we asked for our food. Overall, not a pleasant experience.
