Found this Diner while heading back home the other day. Good food and amazing prices, $34 for 4 people to have a huge lunch, beats fast food places anyway
Excellent food.
Cream chip beef was nothing more than country gravy with flecks of chipped beef in it. Literally couldn't even taste the chip beef.
Fruit roll-up pancakes were just a whole lot of bad lukewarm pie filling stuffed inside a pancake.
Took one bite of each to try them and got up and paid my bill and left.
Our waitress was the best part. She did a great job and it's hardly her fault that the food was bad.
We absolutely love the Hunterstown Diner. The staff is amazing and the owner is so kind. The food is served quickly and always wonderful.
One of the best places where I had hot food while on the road
Wonderful, wonderful diner! The food and service are excellent! Love it so much. God bless all the staff!
Friendly and clean diner with excellent service and good food and huge servings. The prices are extremely reasonable. Makes me wish I lived in the area!
You may be surprised upon visiting this simple little diner. Out back There is a dirt parking lot with a few tractor trailers parked in various directions. Outside the building, it looks like it hasn't had a facelift in this century. However, it doesn't matter what you order. Once you try a few of the meals on the menu, you will go out of your way and pass other diners to come eat here. I'm a trucker, and I go 75 miles out of the way to have their French toast!!! I recommend the hunters town feast.
Great food! It actually has a lot of flavor. Would eat here again. I got the cod with fries and my husband got the chicken fried steak which was amazing! Coselaw was really good too and full of flavor 10/10
Great local diner, hometown crowd. Great food, even better prices.

Great food for the money will go back for sure.
The food was edible. I was hoping for chives or something on the loaded potatoes and meat loaf for dinner, but the burger was good. They were as friendly as you're gonna get from pennsylvania, which is a seriously low bar. They have a decent amount of truck parking, but they close so the bathroom access is only during the day. The bathrooms are clean, but only the handicap stall is big enough for my fat trucker physique. If I have the miss fortune of picking up near here again, I'd consider stopping.
Have the special fried cod. Fish was tough and greasy fries were just okay. Server was great! Restaurant needs to be updated. Restrooms tolerable
Can not really say as I didn't get the full experience
Good food, good service, good prices. What more do you need?
