Eating at this diner like being transported back to the 1980s. But that’s not a bad thing. It has a very nice homie vibe to it very clean. The breakfast food is mostly good some of it’s great like the blueberry pancakes and the sausage links. For lunch and dinner can’t go wrong with the wings. Their specials are very good, especially their senior specials.

Today I had work in Gettysburg , and after a long day ,I decided to stop by a local diner and I’m honestly so glad I did .
From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt warm and welcoming. It wasn’t overly crowded, which made it even more comfortable and relaxing. The space had that classic diner charm cozy, inviting, and peaceful. After a busy workday, it was exactly what I needed. The place was clean, organized, and had such a nice, calm vibe.
The staff were genuinely kind and attentive. Everyone was so polite and friendly, and they made me feel truly welcome. It’s always special when people treat you with real kindness, and that’s exactly how it felt here. The service was smooth and professional, yet warm and personal at the same time.
Now let’s talk about the food absolutely delicious. Everything tasted fresh and high quality. The steak was cooked perfectly juicy, tender, and full of flavor. The shrimp were crispy and golden, with the perfect crunch. You could tell that care went into every detail of the plate.
And because I loved it so much, I even ordered takeout to bring home to my kids. I wanted them to enjoy it too! The takeout was packed nicely, still warm, and just as delicious at home. My kids loved it, which made the whole experience even better for me.
Overall, it was such a wonderful experience great food, a welcoming atmosphere, and kind people. It truly made my workday in Gettysburg end on a happy note. We just ordered a to-good oder which was supposed to be tuna club on whole wheat with lettuce, tomato and provolone cheese, received a tuna sandwich no lettuce, tomato or cheese on toasted white bread, my husband did not get salad dressing or filling! NOT HAPPY!

1.12.26. Every dish is served in abundance. The flat Iron steak fried clams, beets, baked potatoes, and salads were excellent. All entres came with a salad and two vegetables. Although food was great, our server seemed to be more interested in his phone. Had to ask twice for the same condiment and never got a refill on Pepsi. Worth the stop and will return when in the area.
Sometimes children need to use the restroom at inconvenient times lol. Twice, I've taken my child to the restroom, in the middle of eating our meal, to return back to our table completely cleaned off lol Why is this happening ? My boy even left a note, saying where we were and to please not take our food. They took the note & our food lol. We maybe need to remind the servers & bussers ..the customer is paying for this food and to not touch the plates until they're empty or given permission to.

Restaurantji Recommends
