I placed a to go order. I ordered a cheese burger on pita bread. Its really good if you haven't had one. While I waited at the bar for my food, I witnessed the waitress take her hand and place it across someone's fries to put on another plate. Then she carried someone's rolls in her hand to the kitchen to get a plate. Then my food sat up there for 10 minutes before I had to ask for it. The other waitress opened it to check it. Then she would close it and open it...

The food was so so. But the service was excellent. I sat at tge counter and my server was very on top of things. There is a gas and diesel station in the back, but you'll pay for that convenience.

A quiet, hidden gem best describes this classic style diner, located inside the Gettysburg Travel Plaza. The staff is friendly and attentive and food is exceptional. Top that with very reasonable prices and you have a recipe for an amazing dining experience. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone traveling through this area. This place will not disappoint.
