I ordered 4 Giant Subs on the app on Friday, 1/2. I asked for toppings on the side. They completely messed up the order. The greatest mistake of all was all 4 subs were Regular sized...not Giant like I paid for in the app. I even did a $10 tip bc I knew asking for toppings on the side was extra work. But I was feeding 15 family members and some have allergies. I called that evening and left a voicemail. 3 days later and still no return call from Jersey Mikes.

Just got back from Jersey Mikes with our delicious subs!!! Always perfect 👍🏻
They were very very busy getting a catering order ready and waiting on a long line of customers.
All the staff workers were so very kind and patient with all the customers while they continued preparing orders!
