Being shout out to the employees they’re very friendly and nice. They got my order correct asking if I wanted lettuce tomato and mayo and peppers and which bread you want as they extremely well mannered. I gave him a special treat since they was so nice I have never been to Jersey Mike’s before, but I am definitely coming back. One of the best there is. I was craving a cheesesteak for a while now Keep up the good work because you deserve it your customer Savannah

One star for the location being very clean, and another for the staff practicing proper food hygiene (wearing gloves and changing them as needed).

Unfortunately, the rest of the experience was disappointing. The staff were unprofessional — openly bickering with each other and treating customers with a lack of basic courtesy. I ordered two simple subs directly from the menu (turkey provolone), but was met with unnecessary confusion and attitude when clarifying what I wanted.

There was no greeting when we walked in, and when I stood at the counter to order, an employee walked past and told me to “go ahead and order” as he disappeared into the back. It felt dismissive and unwelcoming.

It also took an unusually long time to prepare our two sandwiches. While they seemed busy, the poor communication and lack of professionalism made the wait feel even worse.

I wanted to check in. We've enjoyed Jersey Mike's Subs for years now. We tried their catering service for a graduation party. The subs were good as expected but had an issue. I reached out to them and the GM Matt replied back to me directly and took care of my issue. Glad they were quick to respond and take care of us to make things right. We will be back. Thanks again Matt!

The food is okay at best, but I will not be visiting this location anymore. I went in for a cheesesteak and one of the managers started swearing at one of the employees at the top of his lungs in front of me. It made the whole experience incredibly uncomfortable.

Gettysburg store,,,,just can't get it rite! Don't bother with special instructions, it won't help. (Mobile orders)...Best bet, go inside and order so you can watch them. So sad!

It doesn’t matter how many times we order from here, each an every time we put an order in online they cannot get it correct!!! Once again, they’ve screwed it up. I don’t know what is going on here. Apparently they’re illiterate because they cannot read!!! The only reason we continue to order here is because of the location but that’s about to come to an end I am sick of it!!!!

Very upset about my time at Jersey Mike's next to the Giant in Gettysburg. My family and I spent about 75$ for 4 sandwiches and I am going to state the problems I experienced.

I ordered a number 43 -philly cheese steak, grilled. The guy even confirmed with me, chicken or steak, obviously, I ordered a philly cheese steak. So I confirmed, steak. I got chicken. I didn't realize this until about a 1/4 of the way Into the sandwich, so I just bit the bullet and didn't complain.

My mom's sandwich, a sandwich with salami, ham, and pepperoni (the guy taking the order was baffled by this choice of meats as it's not a number on the menu) - it was fine but, the sandwich fell apart as soon as she opened it up.

My son got a tuna sandwich, he didn't like it, said the tuna tasted weird.

My wife got a mini veggie sandwich, she loved it!

My biggest issue with this place is that THEY DON'T CHANGE THEIR GLOVES.

It's disgusting. The women who took the money at the register, didn't change her gloves before cutting our sandwiches. I didn't notice that at first as I was busy ordering mine, but my mom noticed that and didn't say anything.

But as my philly cheese chicken was sitting on the grill (for 5 minutes by the way) a worker was sweeping the floor. I got up from the table while my family ate because my sandwich was taking so long and I wanted to let them know I was still waiting. The guy sweeping puts the broom down leaning against the grill, picks up my bread and goes to put the meat on it without changing his gloves. We actually had to tell him to change his gloves and get me a new price of bread.

The superior over heard the situation and asked the guy if he dropped the bread, I didn't hear how he responded but I could tell the superior was frustrated because he was going to have to make more bread.

Just really gross, glad I don't live near this dump.

We took our group of 30 two straight days because of how well run this Jersey Mikes is. They got our food out quickly, and didn’t mess up a single order! Mike, the manager was awesome, high energy, and made the experience all the more better. Highly recommend!

Was in on Friday 9/20 @ 6:45 they were very busy , the line looked like it to , as soon as customers were taken care of everyone started immediately cleaning and recovering.
Odd to see the whole crew cleaning and recovering, great job crew !!!
