Jersey Mike's Subs

I ordered 4 Giant Subs on the app on Friday, 1/2. I asked for toppings on the side. They completely messed up the order. The greatest mistake of all was all 4 subs were Regular sized...not Giant like I paid for in the app. I even did a $10 tip bc I knew asking for toppings on the side was extra work. But I was feeding 15 family members and some have allergies. I called that evening and left a voicemail. 3 days later and still no return call from Jersey Mikes.

Everything was fresh, along with the turkey slices being qualitative. What made Jersey Mike's special was the warm hospitality given to us upon entering. The pickles were exceptionally good, and we recommend Jersey Mike's to newcomers like us.

Visited yesterday for lunch, music was so loud I couldn’t hear the worker, I wanted extras in my sub but the worker didn’t hear me so I went without. One of the guys was wearing his hat sideways and scratching his head while working in the prep area. Food was okay but service and atmosphere was definitely unwelcoming

Great food But......... ordering food for a party is a mess. We Ordered 24 subs, 3 different kinds, showed up 10 minutes after they were supposed to be done. When we arrived they haven't even started our subs. After standing there for 10 to 15 minutes they ask what im waiting for. I tell them and they said we will start on that now. Another 20+ minutes later we got our subs. We were an hour late to the event we were getting the subs for! I did not like this experience at all! I do enjoy there subs and will go back for eat in or take out. But not for a large order ever again.

Just ordered 2 subs and two teas teas never showed up and got the wrong sub

This was my first Jersey Mike's sub. When I told them it was my first they happily walked me through my options. I'd go back.

Being shout out to the employees they’re very friendly and nice. They got my order correct asking if I wanted lettuce tomato and mayo and peppers and which bread you want as they extremely well mannered. I gave him a special treat since they was so nice I have never been to Jersey Mike’s before, but I am definitely coming back. One of the best there is. I was craving a cheesesteak for a while now Keep up the good work because you deserve it your customer Savannah

One star for the location being very clean, and another for the staff practicing proper food hygiene (wearing gloves and changing them as needed).

Unfortunately, the rest of the experience was disappointing. The staff were unprofessional — openly bickering with each other and treating customers with a lack of basic courtesy. I ordered two simple subs directly from the menu (turkey provolone), but was met with unnecessary confusion and attitude when clarifying what I wanted.

There was no greeting when we walked in, and when I stood at the counter to order, an employee walked past and told me to “go ahead and order” as he disappeared into the back. It felt dismissive and unwelcoming.

It also took an unusually long time to prepare our two sandwiches. While they seemed busy, the poor communication and lack of professionalism made the wait feel even worse.

I wanted to check in. We've enjoyed Jersey Mike's Subs for years now. We tried their catering service for a graduation party. The subs were good as expected but had an issue. I reached out to them and the GM Matt replied back to me directly and took care of my issue. Glad they were quick to respond and take care of us to make things right. We will be back. The food is okay at best, but I will not be visiting this location anymore. I went in for a cheesesteak and one of the managers started swearing at one of the employees at the top of his lungs in front of me. It made the whole experience incredibly uncomfortable.

Every time we call the make mistakes the Read back the order and still make mistakes What is wrong with people ? I am tired, called this place fed up
