Last Thursday evening we had a take out meal to support local restaurants. That night it was May's Avenue Restaurant. We were not disappointed. We each had crab cakes (all crab meat). They were excellent!!. For take out food the presentation was as if we were seated at table in the restaurant. The garnishes etc. were a very nice touch. The presentation far exceeded other restaurants take out presentation. We also had the home made chocolate cake with peanut butter icing....
Had French fries, wife had wings. The fries were good but wife said the wings could've been a little larger or "meatier", but were good overall. Clean place, very casual, very clean restroom.
We stopped here unexpectedly due to every other restaurant being packed. What a delicious surprise! The food is all home cooked. We had Brittany's choice. Again a gamble as it is seafood at a diner. It was fantastic! Perfectly cooked and seasoned. Fantastic dessert too. Enjoy!
