Went through the drive thru employees were so busy that they forget to give you rest of your food including silverware. You're supposed to eat dry pancakes with your fingers didn't received no butter or syrup...

Just went through the drive through, and the sweetest young man was at the 2nd window. A manager came up yelling at him directly in front of me and his mood completely changed to sad. It was terrible to watch.

Mike's whole team in drive-thru was absolutely wonderful! We joked at the intercom, the drive-thru windows, the team was really pleasant to order from and just to talk to! They got my order perfectly accomplished, very fast, incredible team. They should be really proud of themselves, they were really busy!

This place is slow, not staffed properly and the food is very gross. Burgers were over cooked and rolls rolls were burnt, french fries were extremely undercooked and chicken nuggets were cold

So sick of coming here. Every time I order, it is messed up. I don’t know how hard it is to make a sandwich that is on the screen in front of you but this place manages to do it EVERY TIME. I ordered chicken deluxe, they didn’t put tomato on it, roll was crumbling apart it was so stale, and the chicken you couldn’t even bite into it was just stringy and disgusting. Ordered a double cheeseburger with ketchup and mustard… there was literally a DOT of ketchup on it and the cheese wasn’t even melted. Thanks for throwing my money in the garbage! Your jobs are NOT HARD!!!!!!

Went through their drive-through and they must’ve found the oldest fries that they had and gave them to me. wonderful.
