You get what you paid. Hit or miss

Avoid the evening manager or emoloyee that looks like shes missing her front teeth from possible tobacco use. She's always rude and consistently has a poor attitude from what I've witnessed. it's like she thinks the world is forcing her to work at a job she hates so rubs off negatively on customers. Really throws off the vibe if I visit and for a few good workers at McDonald's that actually want to be there. My coworkers usually send me to pickup our group orders but I might just go to the other McDonald's and void this one all together.

Woah me and my sister hear a employee call at someone at the drive thur for no reason. Someone hates cops is we got from it. The manager agreed be she didn't do anything. We lost our appetite and left disgusted with what we heard and saw.

Check your bags before leaving because the employees and managers definitely don't. The customer service especially the drive thru after 5pm seems to get only worst with every visit. My family simply hates coming here now all the employees all look like they hate their jobs and the customer service is non existent.

I was inside the restaurant when I heard and saw 2 employees and the manager talk disrespectful and rude to customers in the drive through because of their own mistakes. I wish I recorded them. I took my daughter and we left because we didn't want to eat there with how the employees treated strangers at the drive thru.

Negative employees = poor food quality. The managers after 6pm let their employees put whatever they want in the bags without checking. Food qualiy control is just simply getting worst.

Came in for a quick bite to eat on the go. The manager was yelling at his crew members for not picking up a shift, and the young cashier was very rude and nasty to an elderly man.

I don't mind using the kiosk, but please don't just focus on getting your drive-thru orders served to customer. Sometimes it'd be quicker to go through the drive through then come inside to eat.

We went through the McDonald’s drive thru for breakfast on Saturday 8/16/25. We had to move to the curb side pick-up spaces to wait for our food. Many other customers after us in the drive-thru line had to move and wait for their food there too. They all received their food before us. As we continued to wait for our food, 2 different employees brought us out the wrong orders. We were so frustrated and when our food finally arrived, the employee never even apologized to us for our inconvenience!! We do NOT recommend this McDonalds location!!!

This was horrible. Apparently they cannot handle a surge of people at one time. We waited 1/2 for part of our order. Then I walked back up to the counter to get our hash browns, and the little smart ass that works there told me I need to wait till they are done. I pointed over to the fryer and they were sitting there. She then rolled her eyes at me. That's really awesome customer service!!!
