Absolutely loved this place!! My first time going to a Mexican restaurant and I was more than pleased. The waitress Wendy was very nice and helping me decide what to eat because of my food allergy. They have the Corn Tortilla tacos if you are Gluten-Free!

We went to Montezuma today and we had an awful experience. The waitress was nice, but the food was subpar to say the least. I ordered the cheese enchiladas with enchilada sauce and it was just a plate of lettuce (a massive amount) and cheese sopping with enchilada sauce and sour cream smeared on it. I couldn’t even see the enchiladas under it. It wasn’t seasoned nor proportioned well. The worst part was when we ordered the Del Mar Tacos. They were advertised as being filled with crab, shrimp, and scallops. When they brought them out, the tacos had frozen shrimp and scallops. Something was very off with the scallops. It was also filled with rubbery imitation crab meat. We even asked for the menu again to check and see if it said it was imitation crab meat, but it said it was actual crab meat. When we went up to check out, we showed the manager (?) the menu and told her that we got imitation crab meat. All she said was “okay”. I said if you’re going to be giving imitation crab meat and scallops like that, you should probably label it as imitation crab meat. I told her we were charge full price for crab meat. Then all she said was “okay, bye”. It is what it is, but both of us felt extremely sick afterwards. If you do go which I highly recommend you don’t, don’t get anything with seafood.

The food was pretty good and the service was attentive and speedy. However, the ladies' room, although very clean, had no soap. My husband reported no towels in the men's room. We'll try someplace else next time we're in Gettysburg.

Staff was terrific and welcoming. The menu had plenty of options to consider and our meals were all delicious. Only down sides to consider were cleanliness in restrooms weren’t the best and no alcohol is served here. First Mexican meal I’ve had in decades without a side of Modelo. Overall a great first visit and will be sure to return again when in the area.
