The food quality at this location has gotten so bad within the last year. Sandwiches are carelessly thrown together and super messy. Portions have gotten so small. Extras and add-ons that I paid for are often missing from my orders. This location used to be so good, but now I can almost guarantee something will be wrong with my order every time I do rapid pick up. I'm done with Panera for good, along with many others, because I'm done paying $13 for a sandwich that looks like Helen Keller made it.

I ordered 2 Green Goddess Caprese Melts and the sandwiches barely had anything on them. Only had tomato and mozzarella, not even any sauce, which is the main appeal of that sandwich. For how expensive these sandwiches are what I was served is a disgrace.

It was okay. It was late in the evening (around 7:45-8) and I’m sure the staff is tired and underpaid. A part of my order incorrect but it was corrected very quickly. My soup was lukewarm at best but my son’s soup was hot. Salad and sandwich was pretty good. I came back the next morning for coffee and it was good.

I lost my phone here during the trip , but the manager kept it safe for several days, and I was able to get it on my way home! I would give more than 5 stars if I could.

Delivery food was hardly warm when it arrived. Pick 2 salad has shrunk in size. And every single time I order this location they miss adding add the bread bowls we order.

I'm very disappointed as a sip club member that the best teas are now unaccessible due to the irresponsibility that one person had on themselves. What about diabetics w/ the sugared soda...they could drink too much coke and go into a diabetic coma?? How about a person w/ celiac disease and fails to follow their diet restrictions and they land themselves in the ER?? When will people take ownership of their unaccountability of themselves and not cause places such as now Panera needlessly make the rest of us pay the penalty for it.And by the way, most often anymore every visit lately, they are out of several food items..baguettes, lettuce for salads etc

I ordered carry out 1/2 dozen bagels, and she cut them without asking me, and they weren't even sliced straight...one side very thin and the other very thick, and lopsided!Please tell your employees to ASK first. Not everyone is using them right away!!!

There was a rock in my turkey chili, I brought it up to management who acknowledged it by saying they were going to talk to their distributors, but there was no apology. We didn't make a big deal about getting our order wrong, but crunching down on a ROCK, and not even getting an apology just the offer of a voucher was awful. As if I was just after a free meal, why would I want to eat there again if there are rocks in your food and you can't get an order right?

Had a pickup order through drive through…waited for over 5 minutes. Went inside , nobody at the counter, waited for over 5 minutes. Person cleaning the tables just ignored me. Went back to my car and drove right up to the window when I was scolded by the young blond girl at the window was told DON’T do that next time!! I did not get the spoon to eat my soup, everything was cold and my bread was soggy with water or something (disgusting) I just threw my food away at that point. Worse service I ever had. Will never be back…not the Panera cares. It a wonder why Panera is having financial difficulties. You can’t treat your shrinking customer base that way.

Waited in line over 15 minutes and payed over $20 for two watered down smoothies and a bowl of soup. We didn’t receive an apology or anything else for the wait time. Definitely will never return to this
