got my order wrong. didn’t cut my pizza, the most basic job for the pizza.

We ordered a pizza for delivery. Was told about 40 minutes. Took over an hour and the pizza was cold. So sad . Waste ofy $20

How hard is to make pizza? Especially a 2 topping pizza. My 5 year old could do it. Can he get a job here? Order the game bundle deal, got a burnt two-topping pizza with pepperoni and roma tomatoes. The tomatoes were burnt, barely any sauce or cheese on it. Whoever was working tonight 11/11/24 needs to take the papa training course again because it was crap pizza. If my kids didn't eat any of it, I would have gladly taken it back and showed this kid how to make pizza. Horrible service. Won't order from here again!

Spitting on customers food??? Be aware!!!My in laws ordered from them the other day. They said oit was gonna be ready within 30 min. 55 min later, driver knocks on door and asks them of they know a girl named "Sky" that works there. They said " yes, she went to school with our daughter." And the driver said "she told me to tell you that she spit on your pizza." And walked away. My in law being too nice didn't call trying to see as a joke. But having someone to be this unprofessional working in a food chain like this... gross.

Had never had a Papa John's pizza. So, I walked in and ordered a peperoni pizza.
Staff was courteous and helpful.
Enjoyed the pizza too.

I love Papa John's pizza but had an awful experience on Saturday night. I ordered a small alfredo pizza and a dessert. That was it. I ordered at 8:21pm, and it said it would be about 48 mins. I ended up not getting my pizza until around 9:45 or so. It was not fresh at this point. I do not recommend ordering for delivery.

I really want to love this Papa John’s location bc I like their food when I’m in the mood for “delivery pizza”. Theres always something new and fun to try on the menu and the classics are always as expected. However, I’ve been screwed over so many times by being shorted items and sloppy assembly it’s obvious the employees here don’t really care what goes out the door. I keep ordering (bc I do like the food) hoping maybe they’ll get it right but after at least 5 orders with something wrong I’m fooling myself.

We missed Papa John's when we moved to Vermont! Glad to be back and have access. The pizza is not greasy which is what I like best!

This place is getting worse and worse, Placed my order and estimated delivery time Was 35 mins, so hour and half goes by I Have a door dash person coming with my food, Not to say the pizza was cold and my papadia also and barely anything on it as I ordered extra cheese and meat..I'ma start going elsewhere cause apparently The manager or whoever could careless how product leaves out

Pizza was the absolute worse I have ever had. Crust was so thin it was soggy had tonuse a knife and fork. The end crust with the stuffed cheese had way too much crust and the whole pizza crust was under cooked.

The garlic sauce for the pizza makes the pizza good, and the chocolate pizza I prefer over pizza hut's cookie pizza because there is little to no molasses in it. It tastes like a nice big regular chocolate chip cookie. (How it should be, delicious ??).
