horrible. called the store because my pizza was very small and not well made at all and all i got told was “i made the pizza” and i got hung up on. horrible service and very unprofessional.

I have eaten here twice and the first time the pizza was so undercooked the crust was like dough and the second time made me sick.

Well, it's fast food pizza. Nothing to write home about. Subpar overall. It was the only option available around 9:30 at night that would deliver to our hotel on a weekday.

Ordering felt sketchy, almost like calling one of those scam phone numbers you see in spam emails. Then DoorDash ended up delivering it anyway, even though we ordered directly from the restaurant.

It sorta got the job done but that's about all it did.

I've never had a pizza with so much sugar in the crust and sauce. Pizza shouldn't be sweet, but this is pretty horrible.

Take out only. Only reason not 5 star is my.pizza accidentally had red sauce instead of white I ordered on it. It was still really good and ready fast. The staff is always friendly and very helpful.

Ordered on door dash at 1020 (40 minutes before close) just for my order to be canceled an hour and forty five minutes after waiting and the dasher said they were closed. Kind of get the feeling that they just ignored my order because they didn't want to make it- I was trying to buy dinner for us lab techs at the hospital on 3rd shift as a thank you and didn't have the opportunity to order something else because of how long it took them to cancel my order. Super disappointing and inconsiderate.

We ordered a pizza for delivery. Was told about 40 minutes. Took over an hour and the pizza was cold. So sad . Waste ofy $20

How hard is to make pizza? Especially a 2 topping pizza. My 5 year old could do it. Can he get a job here? Order the game bundle deal, got a burnt two-topping pizza with pepperoni and roma tomatoes. The tomatoes were burnt, barely any sauce or cheese on it. Whoever was working tonight 11/11/24 needs to take the papa training course again because it was crap pizza. If my kids didn't eat any of it, I would have gladly taken it back and showed this kid how to make pizza. Horrible service. Won't order from here again!

Spitting on customers food??? Be aware!!!My in laws ordered from them the other day. They said oit was gonna be ready within 30 min. 55 min later, driver knocks on door and asks them of they know a girl named "Sky" that works there. They said " yes, she went to school with our daughter." And the driver said "she told me to tell you that she spit on your pizza." And walked away. My in law being too nice didn't call trying to see as a joke. But having someone to be this unprofessional working in a food chain like this... gross.

Had never had a Papa John's pizza. So, I walked in and ordered a peperoni pizza.
Staff was courteous and helpful.
Enjoyed the pizza too.
