We missed Papa John's when we moved to Vermont! Glad to be back and have access. The pizza is not greasy which is what I like best!

This place is getting worse and worse, Placed my order and estimated delivery time Was 35 mins, so hour and half goes by I Have a door dash person coming with my food, Not to say the pizza was cold and my papadia also and barely anything on it as I ordered extra cheese and meat..I'ma start going elsewhere cause apparently The manager or whoever could careless how product leaves out

I am not a local and can't speak to the other reviews but I must say the staff that greeted the person before me and myself were the nicest to the point to the point I'm leaving a review, which I rarely do. Also, I was worried due to the other reviews but my food was ready in 15 minutes. No complaints. Thank you for such a nice experience!

Pizza was the absolute worse I have ever had. Crust was so thin it was soggy had tonuse a knife and fork. The end crust with the stuffed cheese had way too much crust and the whole pizza crust was under cooked.

The garlic sauce for the pizza makes the pizza good, and the chocolate pizza I prefer over pizza hut's cookie pizza because there is little to no molasses in it. It tastes like a nice big regular chocolate chip cookie. (How it should be, delicious ??).

Do NOT order delivery from here. They partner with DoorDash for deliveries and several times our order has taken almost 2 hours to get to us. I've always given the benefit of the doubt since most places are short staffed, but I ordered a pizza at 6:30p.m. and here we are at 8:00pm with no pizza still, and the tracker shows our driver going the complete opposite direction from our house. It pushed our delivery time back 30 minutes to 8:29pm too, so I'm guessing, yet again, our pizza will be ice cold when it gets here. This is ours and your sign to only order from mom and pop places!
I wish I could leave a 0!! This is by far the worst Papa Johns I have ever had the experience of going to. We ordered online and were told 25 mins. Fine, that's a reasonable time frame. I go in to pick up our order and there are easily 5 people in the lobby waiting, clearly annoyed. There were 5-6 employees "working" and not a single one ever came up to the counter to ask any of us our names or orders. At one point, a young couple had asked for the manager and the manager only gave a name of Aphrodite, but wouldn't give her a number to complain to. By this time, 3 DoorDash delivery people had come in to pick up orders and they experienced the same lack of service. Finally, I asked one of the workers if he could please help those of us waiting because there were clearly 20 or so completed orders waiting on the rack. We had to ask 3 times for someone to come over and check the completed orders. Mine was one of them. The worker then picked up my order, set it on the counter, and walked away!!! Then one of the customers went up to the manager and asked him to stop doing what he was doing and to help his clearly struggling employees, which he be-grudgingly. I had to ask another employee to actually ring us out, meanwhile the DoorDash workers are losing their minds. I was there for 40 minutes. WILL NOT EVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN.
