Wish more pizza huts still had sit down dining. This place was amazing and fresh and hot and not very busy which is a shame. 10/10 recommend.

Went in last night (which was a Tuesday) at 745. They said that they couldn't seat us at a table because the dinning room closes at 8PM. The hours on the door said they close at 10PM. Doesn't say dinning room closes at 8. Probably won't ever go there again.

Exactly as I remembered as a kid, the service was fantastic and the food was ready quickly. How can you go wrong feeding a family of 3 for less than 20 bucks!

The food and service was great! There is a weird odor that made my eyes burn, then at the end my stomach started to hurt It made me feel nauseous. Very quiet and mostly empty. Overall it was an ok experience.

I typically don’t leave reviews but I ordered a pizza and the woman working gave the door dash driver the wrong order. It wasn’t a problem I called the store with the driver to get it sorted and the woman was extremely rude telling me she knows about the mess up, the other customer had called, she was by herself fixing it and needed to go. Because of her attitude I tried to just ask for a refund and forget about the order but she hung up on me. I still have no clue what’s going on with the order or if I’m getting a refund because no one is picking up now. Terrible experience and I recommend not exposing yourself to the terrible service. It’s unfortunate because service workers deal with a lot but this was next level rude and she should be ashamed to say she works in the industry.

Stopped in to grab a bite of food tonight. I believe they only had three people working at this location. Phone rings constantly. They just let it ring. I would at least cut the ringer off or add some music to the environment. Ordered two pizzas, the service was very very very very very slow. They stopped here again once they got their staffing under control.
My wife and i went to Pizza Hut in Gettysburg PA. At 6:30 pm on 6/4/2024 and got refused to dine in why? they were open to 10:00 pm this should be addressed!

Cheese on the pizza taste like Swiss cheese. I couldn't tell the difference between pan pizza or hand tossed the crusts seemed the same. Idk pizza hut pan pizza used to be my favorite sadly not now.

Placed a large order online a day ahead and they did not tell us that they did not have any drivers. We had to call when the drop off was late and they were unconcerned. It was 1.5hrs late.

Since the pandemic the place is usually empty. We are going to end up losing it if people don't start going there.
