I’m not big on writing reviews but sometimes something is so good (or in this case so bad) that you just have to. My son and I went to this Pizza Hut to grab a quick bite before our next stop and were greeted by pretty much the unfriendliest person (named Ily) that I’ve ever encountered in my entire life. I’m from CT so I’m used to unfriendly people but she took the cake. Her nasty attitude kept on for our entire visit, we were still hungry and wanted to order more pizza but she made everything so uncomfortable and couldn’t even pretend to be nice that we just decided to leave and eat somewhere else. I work in hospitality and depend on tips and have never in my entire life not tipped but I literally couldn’t do it. I can not possibly be the only one who has encountered this miserable human being. She really should not be dealing with the public because I am literally the easiest customer.

I came here to eat with my client who has a disability. He was asking about the specials and they were explaining what the specials were, they said that the special had to be to go, he decided to not get the special and ordered the pizza. They got confused and when I said that I was sorry that they could put it in the box and we could eat it here the manager Autumn very rudely stated that “Oh no, your not going to eat a pizza out of a box in MY dining room.” She raised her voice and had a very ugly tone. Then when I asked her her name she argued with me that she wasn’t being rude she was being “blunt”. And I said I’m writing a review and she said “well they all come to me anyways.”. Then justified her getting an attitude with my client because her and her kids are on the spectrum. I’ve never been so disappointed with service in my life.

Ordered pizza for delivery. Ten minutes after the expected arrival time, still no pizza, no word from Pizza Hut. Called and told they didn't have a delivery driver. You had my phone number. Did you think to call and let me know. Then you tell me that you just finished the pizza. And? What was the point of even making the pizza if you didn't have a driver? I paid 8 bucks for delivery. If you don't have a driver then don't take orders for delivery. I expect a full refund including the delivery fee. And to make it worse, you had an attitude and couldn't even apologize even though I had no tone with you. Won't happen again because there are plenty of other pizza places in town.

When I received my pizza it was cold and there was a long piece of hair in it. Im not sure what whackahdoole was making the food but for sure should be wearing a hair net. I will never be back to this restaurant to eat here again.

Every time I've ordered from this pizza hut, everyone has been super polite. The pizza and any other food products arrive at the perfect temperature. Perfectly cooked. There's no things that are raw that are supposed to be cooked and there's no cooked things that are supposed to be raw. Everything just rides at a perfect temperature. The delivery person is always very sweet and very polite and took care in delivering a fresh and perfect product that was delicious and completely hit the spot. I do order frequently and I will be ordering again

Tried odering by phone the lady couldn't speak English to take my order there's one main road in Gettysburg she didn't even know how to spell its name she didn't even know the zip code of Gettysburg even though she's supposed to be in Gettysburg I hung up I won't go there again or order there if you can't get people to understand English to take your order why have a business this is America
