Starbucks apparently cut their worker’s hours. Shame on them!!! Multiple people complaining about their orders taking too long. I ordered 40 minutes ago, still didn’t get my order and there’s only 2 people working. Starbucks needs to do better. They’re making crazy profits and cutting their workers hours!! Boycott Starbucks!

This store is one of the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. It’s terribly slow and dirty. Their product shipment stays on the floor for days and none of their stuff (napkins, straws, carriers) are ever stocked for patrons to get. Ordering anything with any sort of change is sure to result in a 20 ‘in wait for your drink. This place reeks of poor management. Do yourself a favor and head to the other one in Gettysburg.

I don't find this location to be too friendly. It's slow even when not many people. And they don't listen to requests like less ice or extra cold foam. Not my favorite location

I frequent this location about 3-4 times a week. This location is always slow but today the service was down right terrible. I pulled up to the drive thru speaker around 6:40 am. No one else was in line. The worker inside acknowledged me as they said they would be right with me. I waited 5 minutes. No one ever came back to take my order. So I drove around to the front of the store there were two workers in the store putting product away. So to them it was more important to put product away than it was to serve a customer. I get it now!! I won't be returning to this location again!! Terrible way to treat customers!!

i wouldn't recommend this place for Mobile orders. They say it'll be ready by 11:02 and you were still standing there waiting until 1115 or longer. When you have to ask them then about your order, the barista's get very agitated with you. they give you your food first so by the time you get your drink, your food is ice cold. Seems like the one by the hotel it's a hell of a lot better on mobile orders and just their customer service in general

Visiting out of town. Came here for the past two days before heading out for the day. I have gotten the pumpkin spice chai and added extra caramel. They definitely understood the assignment.I am a sucker for this seasonal drink. They make it look so pretty. Everyone that works here is upbeat and friendly. They're always busy, and know how to handle the rush.

I am a regular customer and always five stars until today. Ordered a Chai Tea Latte at the drive in. Started down the road, tasted the drink and returned to Starbucks. I explained the problem. They were very kind and made me a new Chai Tea Latte. Drove away, tasted the drink and found it worse than the first one. No chai or tea taste. Tasted like a coffee latte.

Driving in parking lot, my wife said drive thru is full, says dont block the area. I wanted to stay in drive thru cuz I’m a rule breaker lol but she looked inside and saw very few people. I agreed and we went inside. Less than 10 customers inside. We like to play a game that we look at the last inline in drive thru and hope to beat them. After ordering our 2 cold drinks and two sandwiches with no wait in line, the game begins…

After 10 mins of waiting we get our sandwiches. We realize after time went on, they don’t care about the people inside, they prioritize the drive thru. 15 minutes after getting our microwaved sandwich’s we finally get our drinks. 25-30 mins for 2 COLD drinks and two sandwiches.

Clearly they do not care about the people inside so while I’d never go back, if I was reading this I’d make sure to stay in drive thru :)

They seemed more concerned with the drive thru customers and customers ordering in the store and not the customers that mobile ordered. I mobile order because I don't my drinks messed up.
