Okay your food and drinks are great, but the service was terrible??? Dont ask if I want whole milk, oat milk, or 2%, and when I tell you whole milk, you tell me "well I only have oat" ???? Dont offer me something you dont have. First time I came here, the workers were just blatantly rude, did not listen to a thing I said and got my order completely wrong. Hope your cafe employees find some sense of peace with their workplace. Ruined my day bro

This starbucks is in the heart of gettysburg and yet they are never adequacy staffed. Today 4 people walked out. There is no reason for a 30- 45 minute wait on mobile orders or any other order. Absolutely awful and the the staff is rude (the minimal staff they do have).

A girl who worked in the Starbucks, Malissa, was so rude and miserable. She was mean to her coworkers and to the customers. Our drinks were melted and made completely wrong and the bathroom’s toilet was overflowing.

Apparently this is the singular starbucks that charges for water. I've never heard of it before so unless it has changed in the last year I am at a loss for as to why I couldn't get water. Furthermore my sister who is employed by Starbucks couldn't explain why I was being charged an arbitrary 53 cents for water.
