Came here today with my family thinking we were about to have a good time and were SADLY MISTAKEN. My family and I wanted to sit at a booth but it was not spacious enough. Before we could even realize if the spacious or not, we realized the table was dirty and asked the girl with the braids and glasses if she could wipe off the table and she instantly had an attitude when she could of simply just wiped off the table. Her attitude sucked . I then asked for the manager , who stated that he was also the cook for the day due to staff shortage. When I explained what was going on because my family and I was very uncomfortable. He did ask if there was anything that he can do but his energy was very off and don't feel comfortable eating from this place or staying so we walked out . I am highly disappointed because I went to this location 3 months ago and had an amazing time. I was highly disappointed because I drive over an hour to get to that location to have to walk out because of the staff. I will never come back to this location and the manager and his staff need proper training how to do their job . HIGHLY UPSET WITH THIS LOCATION .

Nasty. If the restaurant that nasty not eating the food
After a long drive from Vermont, I stopped in to relax and finally eat! The bartender lady on 8 14 2025 was very nice. Always keeping busy yet had time to smile at me. Nice touches like that made my visit awesome. Though I probably will never be back to this local again as im moving to florida

It was very nice and laid back. The food was excellent and the server was attentive, but not pushy.

Food was good! The waitress was very nice too. The only thing I didn't like was the atmosphere. Dirty menus, and the bathrooms smelled like a dog kennel 😨

Got the dragon glaze salmon. I wasn’t super impressed with the glaze, I didn’t think there was much flavor. The salmon itself was good as well as the sides. They have N/A beer listed on the menu but according to the staff they haven’t been able to order any to actually have it available.

Restaurantji Recommends
On July 17th, at approximately 7 PM, I visited this establishment for dinner. We were promptly seated and our waiter demonstrated professionalism and assistance throughout our visit. However, the restaurant was noticeably plagued by a fly infestation. Before our meal was served, we found ourselves constantly fending off flies from our table. Once the meal arrived, this issue persisted as flies continuously attempted to land on our food, which is known to be unsanitary and concerning in such an environment. Observing my surroundings, I noticed at least ten flies airborne and several more on the glass wall nearby. Given these conditions, it is imperative that this venue undergoes a thorough evaluation by health authorities to ensure compliance with hygiene standards.

first off, the place was gross, everything was sticky. our waitress was terrible. took forever to order drinks for table, ordered 2 cokes and a tall beer, well beer came out after out appetizers even ask if i was even getting it, she was like yeah i can check on it. so then our food came out some random person. okay so far okay. well now the waitress disappeared, drinks were empty no napkins the table next to us had to ask them how they were suppose to eat their food with no utensils or then eat with their hands. no to mention the screaming kids ugh. so as this continued we finished eating waited and waited and waited till we asked the other waitress can you help us. she had an attitude, so then we finally ask for the greaseball looking manager, wow. so we tell him oh we so sorry no one told you we cut your waitress early she was having a emotional breakdown. NO ONE TOLD US!!!! so we were furious. that was the worst experience and will be the last i ever step food into a TGIF!!!! go anywhere else but the one in gettysburg

When we arrived we were told it would be a 5-10 minute wait because they had to clear some tables. No problem! We sat and waited patiently. Then people walked in behind us and were seated immediately. Apparently they don't take down names for tables or keep track of who is first. We finally got a table and ordered. The food was ok. Standard chain food. Our waiter seemed nervous, possibly new. We went because it was convenient, walking distance from our hotel. I wouldn't recommend or return here. There are far better places to eat.

This was one of the more frustrating dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. While the server did their best under the circumstances, the fact that only two were working is no excuse for the chaos that unfolded. Menu specials were incorrect, and when their error was pointed out, no substitutions were allowed — essentially punishing the customer for their mistake.
Waiting over 10 minutes for drinks, only to have to get up and hunt them down myself, is unacceptable. The same happened with our appetizers, which took nearly 30 minutes and still required me to follow up in person. Half our order was completely forgotten, and even after I went to track it down yet again, it was brought out wrong.
If the restaurant is that short-staffed — two cooks and one overwhelmed bartender — then management has an obligation to notify customers upfront. Instead, we were left to endure excessive wait times and poor service without warning. For the prices charged, this level of disorganization and lack of communication is simply inexcusable. High on cost, low on competence — thoroughly disappointing.
