I came in on a Sunday afternoon, the parking lot wasn’t too busy so that told me they weren’t very busy.
I ordered an app, nice and hot.
I ordered the fish and chips with crispy fries. Both were lukewarm.
My wife ordered Salmon with mashed potatoes and both were only lukewarm.
I gave them their food back and asked to talk to the manager.
I told him I was gonna go home and have a peanut butter and jelly sandwich and he said it sounded good.

I placed an order over the phone. I showed up 25 minutes later to pick it up and they have no record of my order. No one apologizes no one does anything they take my order again and I have to wait a half hour for the food. This place does not care about the customer at all

The restaurant did not have heat. The shrimp and broccoli were overcooked. The broccoli was partially brown. The burger didn't taste good. Everyone was wearing their coat. The air vent was blowing cold air on us. It was a miserable experience. Would not recommend them.

Ordered a medium steak that came out so well done I could barely cut into it. The mashed potatoes and broccoli tasted like they were a week old. We all know Fridays is on its last leg and probably only has a couple of weeks left but still was disappointed.

As a chain, it has gone down hill. Are food came out and tasted okay however there was nothing spectacular about it it looked like it had just been for another plate. And the waitress should have known that I could not claim a reward and get $3 off of an app in the same order. I asked the waitress not to hold our food and it felt like it still took forever for it to get out to us.
Still consistent and a good value. Our server was a great positive.

Slower than slow. Told hostess we are passing through need fast service should we go to bar or table? Seated and order taken..25 minutes and 3 times checking on food order. Left with no food THEY SUCK AND DO NOT CARE. MANAGER DIDN'T EVEN SAY SORRY.
Traciana Is the best!! She is very attentive and makes sure to check in on you! Not only is she quick and kind but she makes sure that you like your food! 10/10 service!!!

My wife and I just recently came here for our anniversary. We started with mozzarella sticks as an appetizer. We both had the NY strip for our entrees and they both came out just the way we asked. Our server Traciana was quick and attentive we will absolutely be going back in the future.
