My Dad wanted to take me to the fine dining restaurant at the Inn at Herr Ridge, which was closed when we could go. The Livery, their companion restaurant, took us in and treated us to the fine dining experience, which was incredible. Great food, great experience, and even better service.

We stayed at the Inn of Herr Ridge and spent two of our three evenings here. Emily, you are so hardworking, kind, and knowledgeable, and I was so grateful to see you on our last day in this space for Sunday brunch! A literal stone's throw from our suite, provided us a safe haven to indulge in a few of the many local drafts, as well as domestic! The entire staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and kind, even to the likes of stimulated New Englander's like us! I got to spend my five-year wedding anniversary playing pool and drinking beer with the person I love most in total comfort, conversing with the regulars, barkeeps, chef, and more. We cannot wait to see you all again in 2026. 💜

We come in about once every other week...traveling over from Quincy Village. It is always worth the trip and we avoid the bustle and traffic issues in downtown Gettysburg. We love Ted & Amber. They are both the best!

The livery rocks! Very clean, well kept and the food and drinks are amazing. Ted was an awesome server in every way, it’s hard to find a place that can accommodate my celiac disease (gluten intolerance) but these guys have an amazing gluten free bun. We will without a doubt stop in anytime we are in town!

The food here was phenomenal, and honestly it's probably the best experience I've had going out to eat since I moved to Gettysburg. From the food to.the friendly service, I genuinely just had an amazing time! Definitely going back again!

This amazing place has great food, great staff and a great atmosphere right outside of the Gettysburg battlefield on Route 30. 1st dinning here and it will be my regular place to go for good food, service and beer which is also at a great price so go check it out and enjoy.

WE observed the following while in the restaurant:
- waitress coughed into her hand, and handled her cell phone. She did not appear to wash her hands before returning to work.
- another waitress rubbed the inside of her nose with her thumb, and played with her hair. She did not appear to wash her hands before returning to work. Disgusting.
One employee brought a dog into the eating area. One that did not appear to be trained as a service dog. No markings, no sign. Nothing.
We will not be returning.

Stopped out for the first time in a while. Got the Buffalo wings which were great. I love the Buffalo sauce!! I also got pretzel sticks and cheesecake. Both were delicious. Emily took care of me tonight and did a fantastic job. Food was hot and drinks were kept full! I will be back!
