A few weeks ago, my date and I came here for breakfast. We ordered 2 toasted bagels with cream cheese and 2 coffee drinks. It took roughly a half hour before we started to receive any part of our order. What’s worse, is that there was only one woman ahead of us and we watched the staff begin to make themselves food and drinks and eat behind the counter before completing our order. The bagels came out cold, and I had to remind them that I still had not received my drink. There were 4 employees present and all of which seemed to be doing their own thing and not paying us any attention. I have tried this place a few times (giving it the benefit of the doubt), and unfortunately I cannot recommend it. The vibes and tastefulness of Ragged Edge are very appealing, but service is unacceptably slow.

I love the coffee drinks here and the desserts are excellent. I usually get a cookie. The breakfast sandwiches are really good as well

While visiting Gettysburg, I had the pleasure of getting a bagel at the Ragged Edge. It was, admittedly, just a bagel, but my time spent there, chatting with the owner about his business and mine, is one of the best experiences of my trip. Please shop local!

The person I support through Penn-Mar Human Services loves coffee, so he created a tour of small business coffee shops. He said “Everything here is perfect! Their iced mocha & cannoli gets 5-stars!” He also wanted to note the friendly staff took a photo with him, they have fun decor, lots of delicious pastries, a large selection of iced, hot, & frozen beverages + food! The vibe is totally peaceful & friendly. Lots of items for sale from local authors, local artists, and other vendors. There is plenty of seating on two levels, an upstairs play area, and beautiful outdoor seating & tables. We’ll be back! Shout-out to Olivia, Piper, & Michelle for welcoming us for our first visit!

The coffee was not good. I was bummed out, really wanted to like this place. My husband and I couldn’t finish our coffees.

This was excruciatingly slow. It took over 25 minutes for a lemonade and bagel with cream. The bagel was cold when I got it.

Great lattes & chai. We went Friday mid afternoon & again Saturday morning. We live out of town but when we head to Gettysburg we always stop (for the last 20 years now)

Comfy and welcoming coffee shop in a convenient downtown spot. Plenty of clean seating on 2nd level and nice air conditioning on a hot day. Coffee was great. Reasonably priced local artwork on the walls for sale too.

I absolutely love this place. The coffee, i don't know how, but I'd always so bold and full of a delicious coffee flavor. Every cup, never disappoints. The service is so sweet and phenomenal. Easy to talk to, easy to order what you'd like. Usually open for custome request. The food, the phrase kiss the chef, is perfect. I love this place. 10/10 would recommend 👌
