I've tried giving this location multiple chances but they can NOT get their act together. They've messed up my orders multiple times along with not giving me everything I paid for. Ontop of it, you pay for a cheeseburger here and get a burger in return ( which cost less ) not a big mess up, but after multiple times within a short period of time is ridiculous. NEVER go here unless this is your sole option. Hire people who can read and do a simple job.

The night time crew is awesome and does their best to get everyone their food. I especially want to point out the young lady the was running the register on 10/18/24 at 8pm she has some great patience when it comes to to rude and annoying customers so props to her. She deserves a raise!

It took approximately twenty minutes in the drive thru line to get our food. We watched Five people standing around. Fries were cold, chicken sandwich was microwaved. Small town Gettysburg. Keep on driving next time

I got a job here and was disgusted day one, NO ONE WEARS GLOVES!!! I was put on the fry line and not given gloves or ppe for the fryer. Burgers are being made with no gloves and dirty hands, the manager guy was weird and kept touching me. It’s all around disgusting back there and I walked out mid shift. If you ate nuggets or fries at Wendy’s on oct 19th I touched your nuggets and fries with my dirty hands and I’m sorry for it, please eat elsewhere

Went to the Gettysburg Wendy's since the Hanover location was out of almost everything. I'm not a fan of Wendy's to begin with but my kids wanted to try the new Krabby Patty meal.
This location was filthy. There was only one register being operated with six families waiting to order. I finally got to the register and the employee was standing there staring at the floor. I stood waiting for a normal greeting and he just motioned with his hand for me to order. I said hello, how are you. The employee then said, not good I'm here. UFB! I would have just left, but I was trying to do something nice for my kids. I ordered the Krabby Patty meals and this location was also out of vanilla for the new Pineapple frosty. Apparently not being able to order enough supplies is a common theme for Wendy's.
Food was mediocre, the Krabby Patty was flavorless and left me saying, "Where's the beef!" What a waste of $46.00. We will never go to another Wendy's. So gross.

So I was in around 5:00 5:15 October 1st had a really friendly guy running register which is a nice surprise instead of the normal quick get you through and same for the woman at the window it is just nice to actually see someone say hello and have some decent manners that I sound old saying this but it was nice I don't know I just been at two other fast food places and it was just quick get you and get you out which I understand but it's nice to have a personable attitude when you're dealing with the public and I really do appreciate it on top of that the pretzel baconator I had was great I had actually had one the night before from another Wendy's up in dillsburg and they had only given me one patty this one was the actual two patties it's supposed to be and it was just a better sandwich in general as we're the fries I have been going here for years I don't go to out to eat that much anymore fast food but I really do appreciate the service I had here tonight.

This girl was rude from the very beginning, then when we pulled up to get our food, she gave us the drinks and knocked one over and didn’t even care, and basically threw the food at us. and I opened my nuggets, and there was a bite out of one of them. And I opened my fries and this is the quality.
