Waitress are very nice. Very polite and always coming back to check on everyone st their tables. I'd recommend this place in Gibsonia all the time. 10 out of 10. Their one employee i believe his name was Ron held the door opened for all of us to enter the restaurant. Food was amazing place was very very clean. Everyone was very nice and polite. GREAT SERVICE & PHENOMENAL FOOD!! I got the Southwest Salad, the Chili Lime vinegarette dressing was like nothing I’ve ever had before!!! My boyfriend had the Cajun Catfish sandwich that he also enjoyed very much!! The lovely waitresses are on the ball with all things service!!

Good food, but not honest about wait times for to-go orders. We were told it would be 35 minutes for two orders of chicken tenders, and we have been waiting for an hour - listening to the staff complain about their managers, to boot.

If I could give this establishment a 0 I would.. do not order online.. We have never ordered here before until today. I ordered food from the Gibsonia location to pick up on my way home from work.. I got there to pick it up gave them my name server already seemed like she an attitude issue.. came back told me my order isn’t there I told her I definitely ordered it it would have been about a 70 dollar order and it was already paid online after rolling her eyes and being rude and argumentative.. she called another location apparently it was there I did not order it from there. I was not driving 15 mins in the opposite direction when home is 35 in the other direction.. when I told her this she was rude snippy and yelling about how it’s not her fault when I never said it was.. I called the other location to let them know that the system glitched and that I could not come there to get it it’s to far in the opposite direction and I would just prefer a refund she was also rude I was on hold for a while she came back to the phone and said they are not refunding it and I can just come get it.. I did not go get it.. why would I drive that far to pick up soggy nachos and soggy sandwiches by the time I would have gotten the fools home it would have been cold and gross.. HOW IS IT MY FAULT THEIR WEBSITE DID NOT WORK CORRECTLY.. I assure you I’m pretty tech savvy and I know that I did in fact order from Gibsonia it is not rocket science. So my first impression of this place is HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ON ALL FRONTS AT BOTH LOCATIONS. SERVERS WERE OBNOXIOUSLY RUDE AND SHOULDNT HAVE JOBS WORKING IN THE PUBLIC IF ONE ERROR RESULTS IN TANTRUMS AND STOMPING AWAY… crappy part is I was excited to try there the food looked great on the menu wish I would have actually got to eat mine and have a better experience. Will not be going back.

Tried this restaurant for the first time and enjoyed it so much. Hubby ordered a BBQ pork basket- it seemed big enough to feed 2-3 people! Same with my chicken tenders- which were the best tenders I’ve had anywhere! Crispy and real chicken - not pieces/ parts. Great margaritas too. Friendly service by both Cristy and Jennifer. We will be back!
