Big Shot Bob's Wings

Placed an order for pickup online. Went to pickup, doors locked, no one there (within posted open hours). Called, left message, no response. Calle, left another message saying to make sure order canceled and not charged. Next day - pending charge on card went thru. Week later, still no response from ANYONE. No food, no response, still took our money.

This has now been twice where I order online they say they’re open I wait 45 min just to find out that when you call they’re actually closed the online service is not linked to the store if the store is closed. Then it is ridiculous and a hassle to get your money back because when you call the store the next day they tell you that you have to get your money back from the out sourced online service. It’s a joke of a place.

Great place for food. However, if you order extras like ranch, extra sauce, extra… make you you specify that cause every time I order they forget the ranch

I had a craving for wings and did not want to endure the disappointment of already-established competitors in the Gibsonia area. Caliente's is a complete non-starter as I've had not-quite-fully-cooked wings on more than one occasion and the request for "well done/extra crispy" is almost always ignored. Buffalo Wild Wings lost my business during the pandemic due to an experience with a QAnon propagandist peddling lies to other customers while waiting for an order.Perusing the menu for Big Shot Bob's piqued my tastebuds. I called and placed an order for bone-in wings with the Magic Man sauce and was told it would be ready in thirty minutes. Upon arrival, the staff was exceptionally friendly and my wings were ready. Temperature, texture, and preparation were PERFECT. Hot, fully cooked, and a blend of flavor that moderated the savory aspects with a sufficient level of heat. You won't break a sweat with the hot sauce if you tend to favor sauces that are excessive from a Scoville rating perspective. However, the balance of zest perfectly complements the mixed base that includes cajun seasoning and butter.It is THE place for wings in the area! Highly recommended!

I really wanted to enjoy big shot bobs, especially because of their variety of flavors. I got very sick after eating their wings. I don’t know if I will ever be able to eat there again.

Had them delivered today for lunch 100 wings ordered 100 wings eaten!! They were awesome and the delivery guy Pat was awesome. I think he’s part management and is a great asset!!

I’m sure what happened to me is a result of their new location. BSB is delicious and I will order again. Ordered from the website and picked delivery. 20 mins past the delivery time I still hadn’t received a second email saying when my food will arrive. Called Gibsonia many times and I only got an automated message. The automated message wasn’t even the same phone number I was calling. Now I have to dispute the charge with my credit card company.*EDIT* - after posting this I was immediately contacted by BSB. There was a situation out of their control and their systems went down. I was refunded my money. Thank you for your customer service. Will be a future customer
