This place has some doughnuts that I drive extra miles to get. Some doughnuts that were once popular are found here: Buttercrunch, Sour Cream. and others. They also have a good cup of coffee.

once over charged for extra senior - they are in no hurry to wait on you - went stood for at least 5 min & left - now 2 subs hardly any topping both toppings were wrong and little meat... will only go to rt 19 where they are always fast to wait on you and are alway great made sandwiches! - never disappointed on rt 19!!!

I love Bob’s Sub but last time I ordered here my sandwich was completely dry. No dressing or anything when I asked for bobs way, it was disappointing.

The sub was delicious and the worker was super friendly
The subs they make taste amazing and are affordably priced, but out of the four times I have eaten here, they have not gotten my order correct a single time and get worse each time I come back. My spicy Italian was supposed to just have onions and pickles on it and when I got home and opened it up it had neither of those toppings and had lettuce, banana peppers, and mushrooms despite none of those toppings being mentioned. Next time I eat there I’ll have to ask them to repeat my order back to me.

Was there today, ordered a little bobby's pepperoni pizza, order total was $4.01 gave girl $10.01, she pulled out a $5 bill than started out counting 99 cents. I said you owe me just $6 and she said no $5.99. Then she went behind the counter and complained about me, about 10-15 minutes later my food came out with an evil smile the other cook gave it to me! I thew it out before I left the building, I should of said thankyou and gave it back and say Happy Birthday!! I should of taken my $1 tip out of the jar!

I placed an online order at the Gibsonia location the day before and paid through Door Dash for pickup. Upon arrival, I learned that the current owner did away with online ordering so the subs I ordered and PAID FOR through Pay Pal yesterday are not ready!! My whole family is coming to my house in 20 minutes for lunch for MOTHER’S DAY and they tell me they are backed up and it will be 20 minutes before they can fix my order. To be clear, the gal working was very sweet and apologetic. The owner needs to straighten this out!! I am new in the area and this is my first time at Bob’s. Will not be back!!!
