This Bruster's is far better than any other ice cream shop in the area. It was "Every Given Sunday" but after Covid, they closed permanently. This place has excellent mango sorbet and Chocolate ice cream shakes and pint size. Friendly. Helpful and the ice cream tops every place I've been too. Cool Cones is awful and can't compare!
Cotton candy was so yum I got it with rainbow sprinkles in a cup ☆ HIGHLY RECOMMENDED♡ and the grandparents got their favorite which made me almost second guess my choice- small Whitehouse cherry in a waffle cone!!! The small waffle cone was a very generous size!
Brusters in Gibsonia has been my go to ice cream spot for years now. Ever since the new management took over, things have been fantastic. I usually go with Chocolate Raspberry Truffle, but staff are generous and let you try different flavors before ordering. I also wanted to specifically mention how friendly and kind the staff are! The owner introduced himself and thanked me for coming out. I even saw the manager run out of the store to help an elderly woman load some ice cream...
