OK, this is a donut shop, what do we sell here…DONUTS! So supposedly a snow storm is coming on Sunday into Monday, today is SATURDAY. Roads are clear, no snow, and business as usual right? I ordered a dozen donuts which 6 were glazed. Showed up to pick up my order at 9:30 AM, this place had almost NO donuts (see photo) and ZERO glazed donuts!? The most basic and standard donuts they do not have! I asked the manager what happened and what’s going on, why no glazed, she says “because is the snow storm coming for Monday, we don’t make any.” WHAT? Today is Saturday and the alleged storm isn’t even going to happen until another 36+ hours. BTW, I saw at least 4 team members there so it’s not lack of man power. They simply made a call to not make donuts for today because a snow storm is coming in 36 hours. Unbelievable and simply lack of motivation. Just imagine KFC with chicken or McDs without Big Macs.

We visited this location twice while we were staying at a motel down the road. First, the staff was extremely friendly and I have no complaints in that department. However, both times I ordered a cappuccino and both times it was more like a latte and not very good at all. My daughter got the brown sugar shaken espresso both times and she enjoyed it both times. I'd say if they learned how to make a proper cappuccino it would be a good Dunkin location lol

I frequent this place, but over the past month I've had two instances where I waited more than 20 minutes for my order. I'm not sure if it's a staffing issue or disorganization, but I could have sat down at a diner and had faster service. It might be time for me to find another breakfast place.

I usually love this dunkin in the evenings! The workers seem really nice and down to earth. I decided to go in the morning and I have before and the service isn’t as great. My drink was wrong along with food items. It did take at least 15 minutes for someone to come to the speaker when there was only a few cars. It took another to get through it. I worked as a barista so I get it but to be mean to customers is not it.

Absolutely horrible experience. It started off when we had to wait 20 minutes in the drive-through for our order to even be taken. I thought there was only one worker in the store, but turns out they were four when we finally got to the window. The donuts were terrible and the workers were rude. Definitely go to donut connection down the street.

Overcharged me for doughnuts. Gave me a hard time over the phone - they refused to refund me over the phone and forced us to drive into the store for $14 refund. My mom stopped there on her way home and they gave her a hard time in person, refused to refund her.
Bear in mind this is their mistake.
Doughnut connection is less than a mile away on route 8 - go there instead.

Depends on the day, but guarantee you if the women who is the district manager is working , the service will be bad. Your drink will be wrong, or you will be charged wrong or you will be asked to go and park to wait for your drink, only to be given the wrong drink or some food you didn't order after 8 minutes of waiting. If she is not there this place is fine. Then when you tell this district manager you were overcharged even though the girl told you weren't charged at all and not given a receipt, she is incapable of not talking over you. Similar experience with this manager on 3 occaisions now.. Go to Starbucks or locally owned small business, less aggravation.

For how much Dunkin’ charges for fried dough and icing you’d think they would actually put icing on them. 2nd time I’ve been here and the donuts come with almost no icing on them.

The worst location, no drive-through available, and offers maybe 10 parking spots for a dine-in Dunkin. Not even near public parking.
Parking: Doordash is your best option unless you are local and walking
Staff is usually just rude and always seem to be annoyed to have to do something. Never say thank you or really acknowledge you. Often out of items early in the day.
I really do love Dunkin but this particular location is honestly the worst one I have ever encountered. And not just once. It's consistently terrible. Just the last few times we went:
1. Charged for items we didn't get and I didn't notice until after we left.
2. Ordered hot pumpkin coffee. Was handed an iced coffee at the window and then they seemed annoyed when I asked for what I ordered.
3. Ordered hot pumpkin coffee, was given a regular coffee with no pumpkin. Told they were out of pumpkin. Why wouldn't you tell me that when I ordered it?
4. Ordered 2 pumpkin hot coffees at around 2pm. Got on the turnpike before either of us took a sip. Both were barely lukewarm and were clearly from two different pots as one tasted old and scorched and was awful.
5. Tried 4 times to get a spider donut at this location for my child. The final time we went they said they had 5 large orders and didn't make any extra.
6. Donuts are always stale and have almost no filling in them or icing on top. They look so bad it almost seems intentional.
7. This was a while back, but I ordered 5 coffee boxes and 3 hot chocolate boxes for a work event, the day before. Was told no problem, they'd be ready. When I arrived there was one woman working and she scoffed at me when I told her I was there to pick them up and said she didn't have time to make that and "I guess I can do it now" but that it would take a while because she has other stuff to do too. So glad I didn't pre pay. Called another Dunkin and they had the whole order ready in less than an hour.
I guess it's my own fault that I keep going back, but it's so close and convenient that I just keep hoping they'll get it together and do better, but they just never do. It's so frustrating. I'm done with this place. The staff is SO rude all the time and they barely acknowledge you when you walk in. They'll have your mobile order on the counter just out of reach and ignore you until you ask someone more than once to hand it to you. How has corporate let this go on for so long??
