I really do love Dunkin but this particular location is honestly the worst one I have ever encountered. And not just once. It's consistently terrible. Just the last few times we went: 1. Charged for items we didn't get and I didn't notice until after we left. 2. Ordered hot pumpkin coffee. Was handed an iced coffee at the window and then they seemed annoyed when I asked for what I ordered. 3. Ordered hot pumpkin coffee, was given a regular coffee with no pumpkin. Told they were out of pumpkin. Why wouldn't you tell me that when I ordered it? 4. Ordered 2 pumpkin hot coffees at around 2pm. Got on the turnpike before either of us took a sip. Both were barely lukewarm and were clearly from two different pots as one tasted old and scorched and was awful. 5. Tried 4 times to get a spider donut at this location for my child. The final time we went they said they had 5 large orders and didn't make any extra. 6. Donuts are always stale and have almost no filling in them or icing on top. They look so bad it almost seems intentional. 7. This was a while back, but I ordered 5 coffee boxes and 3 hot chocolate boxes for a work event, the day before. Was told no problem, they'd be ready. When I arrived there was one woman working and she scoffed at me when I told her I was there to pick them up and said she didn't have time to make that and "I guess I can do it now" but that it would take a while because she has other stuff to do too. So glad I didn't pre pay. Called another Dunkin and they had the whole order ready in less than an hour.
I guess it's my own fault that I keep going back, but it's so close and convenient that I just keep hoping they'll get it together and do better, but they just never do. It's so frustrating. I'm done with this place. The staff is SO rude all the time and they barely acknowledge you when you walk in. They'll have your mobile order on the counter just out of reach and ignore you until you ask someone more than once to hand it to you. How has corporate let this go on for so long??

The place was terrible with a huge line and then we finally were about half way through it but then we had to order online because they quit taking orders for 30+ min. Then they called the orders of people who left for 20min which that was 8+ orders. After all this they didn’t even have anything that we ordered after they said they had it because they through it out in previous order.

The wait here is absolutely unreal, waited 30 minutes in line at an absolute standstill. The employees are not friendly at all.. seems like they absolutely hate their job. The food wasn’t even worth the wait, the coffee was watered down. You lost a customer for sure, what a disappointment!

Food is always wrong when ordered to this store and picked up. Even spoke with a manager on the phone who then got the order wrong when he wrote it down. Originally called about the app not working and was then put on the phone with this manager so he could explain to me why it wasn’t working- he had no answer, which was fine- but when I asked if I could then place my order over the phone to have my husband pick it up, he got irritated and short with me. Will be driving down to Etna Dunkin from now on.

I had a fantastic experience at this Dunkin’ Donuts! The staff here are incredibly friendly and welcoming. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with smiles and great customer service. They were quick to take my order and made sure everything was exactly how I wanted it. The coffee was fresh, and the donuts were delicious. It’s clear that they care about their customers, and it really makes a difference. I’ll definitely be coming back to this location. Highly recommend!

We stopped for an iced coffee on a visit to a local park. The drive up server saw my pups and offered a pup cup. Kylo says thank you! Dunkin dognuts is now one of his favorite places.

Stopped in on labor day and sign said closing at 7pm it was 515. There was not a donut to buy. Guy at counter laughed and said you'll have to go elsewhere. We buy donuts here for fundraising through our athletic association. Next time we order I will walk in and say we found another place. If you have no donuts at 5 and no intention to make more why are you open
Can't order online and the coffee tasted terrible no offense but the one in Cranberry have the best coffee in all that area

I’m usually not the person to post reviews but this was concerning to me. This is by far the worst and the slowest Dunkin I’ve ever been to. The wait in the drive through is always at least 30 minutes. The line always wraps around the building. I sat in the same spot in line for 15 minutes and didn’t move. The line inside is non existent but so is the service. I understand being short staffed but this is ridiculous.

Ordered on Doordash with my 3rd attempt and I've never recieved what I ordered. I have a 100% chance at receiving the wrong item then getting what I paid for. This specific Dunkin is just god awful for some reason. Fire the staff, fire the management.
